Samsung French Door Refrigerator SRF5300BD

I dont write many reviews, but thought i would for this one. Fridge itself cools excellent, and has a good amount of space. Door shelves fit a lot also. The negatives we have found are as listed1) When you open the freezer, the ice maker tray constantly drops ice down the rear of freezer drawer. This eventually builds up and stops the bottom of the drawer sealing, which leads to all the food defrosting. It did this three times before we realised the issue. (Multiple other reviews said their freezer doesnt work, this will be the issue).2) The surface is definitely not finger print resistant. Its only my partner and I in the house, and every finger print is seen. We chose this fridge "material" because of the colour. It looks like a plastic wrap. Should of gone stainless steel.3) The doors dent easily. 4) The crisper drawer slide rollers dont actually contact the slides they sit on.The drawers are too narrow, or the slides are too wide. They just drag.5) Lastly, the water dispenser is a joke to fill. We knew it wasnt able to be plumbed in, so we expected this, but still doesnt make sense to have to plumb in a line for the ice maker, and then have to fill the water dispenser with a watering can.Basically, if we could return this fridge, we would. Good size, good cooling, but thats about it.

Received this fridge 3 days ago, feedback is based on initial impressions: - Silver colour looks beautiful, fits in well with rest of the woodwork - Plenty of storage (yet to make use of all of it though :)) - Was easy to unpack it myself, had to ask for help from someone else to remove the bottom foam (thought the delivery people would do unpacking, but they didn't) - For some weird reason, the right side door is slightly higher than the left side, might have been missed out in the Samsung Quality control process. TLDR Great fridge except for the cold water dispenser.The fridge and freezer are both very spacious and altogether it looks very sleek. There are 2 minor issues which don't impact its function but are annoying 1) the cold water dispenser is on the second shelf on the left and to fill it up, you need to remove the shelf above it which means constantly taking things in and out 2) the drip tray from the water dispenser is a solid piece of plastic and lets water down the front of the fridge and onto the floor. No matter how I angle my mug, how long I leave it to catch the last drops of water etc. there is always water that needs to be mopped up.Love the fridge, wish the design for the cold water dispenser had been better thought through.
