The auto-filling jug and water dispenser delivers cool, refrshing water that tastes like its from a natural spring! The two different ice cube sizes have been a hit with different family members. Perfect size for our family. Very happy with purchase. Sales service at JB Hifi Myaree and bonus that item was notbonly in stock but that we had a Samsung rep on site to answer all our questions. Highly recommend.

I really love our new Samsung French Door Fridge. The black stainless steel finish looks fantastic and does not show fingerprints. Excellent design that hides a filtered water jug and filtered water dispenser. Also love that you can isolate the access of these items without opening the main fridge doors. The real gamechanger in this fridge is the auto ice cube maker that provides ice cubes in 2 sizes. The fact that it continually tops up the ice cubes as you use them is fantastic. Highly recommend this fridge.

Whether it's cold running water, water in a jug, ice cubes, ice bites this fridge has them all and all are out of site but so easy to access. No more unsightly drips or runs down the front, with easy access behind multy function doors it's so easy to access all areas. Naturally the two ice makers are in the lower freezer but both are mounted to minimize their space, leaving bother lower freezer sections big enough for the large roasts of you favourite cut of meat. If you don't want continual cold-water, ice cubes these functions can be turned off. We chose this because of its multiple features and clean lines and after a month are very happy to recommend this Samsung 648lt French Door Refrigerator Freezer

I am very happy with my Samsung fridge/freezer. Best one in design on the market. It is versatile and easy for use by all ages. Great water dispenser NO more spills. Ice is better now in large containers in freezer. Scoop what needed and in greater amounts at a time. No more ice shooting across the room from door dispenser. Always cold water on hand in a jug for table at dinner time and auto refill. Only thing I was disappointed with is egg tray- too few and only takes small eggs. So egg tray useless which is a shame. Now leaving eggs in carton in fridge. It would look so much nicer with proper egg tray. For a large fridge for a family it should house 12 eggs.
I went from a 720L down to a 648L because they dont make that size fridge anymore. The ice maker in the freezer is way better than the previous models in the fridge door. However, the back of the ice tray isn't tall enough and I end up with ice cubes falling out the back and into the rest of the freezer whenever I try and scoop ice out with the supplied scoop. The freezer only came with 2 draws and then two pull out open trays, the open space is too tall, so I cant stack as much as i used to be able to in the draws I had previously. I like the open shelf idea, they just need to make the shelf smaller and add in an extra row of shelves to make it useful. The fridge compartment is great, and the water jug is a great addition.
I got this fridge about a month ago, so I don't think that writing a review this early is the best thing to do as I would like to use the fridge for a bit longer to be able to provide more accurate feedback. What I can say is that, so far, it's been great. The fridge is very quiet (even when it works at maximum capacity) The space in both: the fridge and the freezer is massive. The ice making machine works flawlessly and the drinks station is very elegant and slick. The only negative thing that I can mention this far is that the shelves in the fridge aren't adjustable, so yo have to stick with what Samsung considers to be the best. This is not a big deal for me, but is something to have into account. Now having used it for several weeks, we love the cold water jug! We no longer have to have a water bottle in the fridge that the boys empty and don't refill or they drink out of the bottle and then put it back in the fridge! The ice maker seemed slow at first, but is ok now. It probably takes a little bit more effort to get ice out, but it stops it from dropping on the floor and constantly having a wet floor outside the fridge. The fridge itself is a beautiful design and the layout fits our needs perfectly but the water jug is poorly built with cheap materials. I always soak anything my family is going to drink out of in hot water but when I did this, it’s actually warped he jug and the infuser/filter doesn’t fit on top sealing the liquid. The salesman where I purchased the fridge forwarded the complaint to Samsung along with photos but Samsung are flatly refusing it’s a manufacturing fault. How do you charge a customer nearly 4 grand for a fridge and then 2 months later expect the customer to pay for another jug replacement.
