This fridge is so amazing I wish I’d bought it earlier. I love the connectivity piece, the way my calendar syncs, I can see notifications on my fridge to tell me my washing and drying are complete, the kids have their spelling lists on the fridge along with a note about what they have on which day at school. I love the space, the way the shelf slides back to allow for tall bottles and the way I can use the drawer for wine, meat or deli by changing the setting on the display panel. Shopping lists sync’d, recipes at my fingertips and did I mention the space! Ample room in the massive freezer drawers. Love having filtered water on tap and the ice machine works seamlessly. So far so good, love our Samsung family hub. It’s quiet also.

I was able to get this on sale & discounted extra too which makes it excellent value for money.We love the double doors & the fridge alarm. However, theres a few disappointing issues1) the freezer layout means a lot of wasted space in the drawer configuration. If there was a front to each drawer it would stop slippery frozen food packets from sliding out once piled up. Love the exterior appearance, silver colour is not too shiny. Quiet, great interior shelf space, but limited door shelf space for drink bottles compared to LG. Ice tray takes up too much space in freezer shelf, and doesn’t work well. Would have liked suspended bottle rack under a shelf. 6 egg container on door shelf not adequate, as always buy 1 dozen eggs. Cooling/freezing good.

Fridge looks fancy and nice, works good too but I would not buy this fridge again, a few things I am not very impressed with: Handle would be better having on sides not bottom of doors.(pretty low for me) Doors are pretty narrow so its better to open both doors. Did not realize about the middle sealing piece on one of the doors that is a bit annoying and actually you are not able to open 1 vego slide box if you leave this door closed. No light in the freezer but does not really bother me. Annoying sound when you open doors that cannot be turned off. Compare to my old fridge that was 570L, this fridge is only 488L but more bulkier wider and deeper. Was expecting to be a bit quieter. Doors won't close fully if you just let the door go and walk away. This one you have to take the whole tray out and lift the ice maker part off to access the ice underneath… the good old draw underneath in the old designs was much better. Something to note, this fridge has very little room for error when you are going through a doorway; so if you have a few I’d recommend something that isn’t as deep. Other than that my last Samsung lasted years and I’m hoping this one will be the same, it sings every time you open it, like it’s happy you’re snacking too. The shelves are well spaced apart so it is easy to reach items at the back without having to move the items from the front. The fruit and vegetables drawers work well at keeping the food fresh for days. The freezer is great as it is 2 seperate sections and has pull out shelves to help access items at the back. Some of the cons to this fridge is no light in the freezer, so it is harder to see what is on the shelves without pulling them out. The sound when the door is not shut properly or left open to long is quieter than the sound for opening the door. One crisper draw in the fridge cant be opened unless both doors are opened. This has to do with ensuring the doors seal correctly. It comes with a 6 egg rack for the door, most people buying a fridge this size would be buying a full carton of eggs. Overall we like this fridge with the room it has and looks very stylish.
I purchased this fridge in March 2022 and I am very happy with all aspects of this fridge. The autofill pitcher inside the door is great for getting filtered water. Automatic Ice maker has two sizes for ice block and is very quiet. The fridge temperature indicator is just inside the front of fridge door making it very easy to read. Also has plenty of room inside. The best of all is that the plumbed water filter is located INSIDE the fridge for easy access.
We had a Samsung refrigerator for 15 years without any problems. Decided to purchase Samsung again. And we are not disappointed. We love our new fridge, the features are amazing, the layout great, so easy to navigate around. The water and icemaker are unique, inside a special compartment within the fridge, which does not take up hardly any space. The freezer section is fabulous too, several compartments and shelves, so easy to see everything. We also love the matte black finish on the outside of the fridge.
I replaced my Samsung side by side fridge -that I loved, after 12 years of loyal service with a new Samsung French Door 7000 series. OMG!! I love! Love! Love! this Fridge. Any excuse to go to it! It looks beautiful inside and out! Beautiful clean SS finish outside opens to a spatial interior, a real entertainer. The Freezer is great too, the shelves on the doors are perfect for little bags and smaller items. And today I realise that a I had a small drawer for cans!! it just keeps giving. I'm so happy!!
i bought this product for my new place few months ago, finally able to open it last month. Upon opening it, realised that there were a few dents around the refrigerator. Unfortunately, samsung was not able to do anything about it as it was purchased few months ago. The design is simple, however, the shelvings are not high enough to stand a standard 1L soft drink upright in the middle of the fridge, need to also remove some shelvings on the side to fit it in. it is cold enough and really like the samsung sound
