I have tried the other flavors and this one is really good. Not only is it really tasty but the amount of spiciness is perfect too. I like how the flavor is really good because there are some foods that are just spicy but the flavor is not there. These noodles have the perfect combination of flavor and spiciness. It tastes best when you stir fry it.

Delicious! They are spicy, but not too spicy for me. The flavor is great, I don’t really taste chicken in it, but it is more of a sweet savory flavor. You eat these without and juice, like you do with ramen soup. These, you cook in water and drain, so it’s more like a pasta dish. The noodles are slightly thicker than regular ramen, I like that. I make sure not to over cook the noodles, I only cook them about 4 min so they still have some shape to them, they do not taste as good when they are thoroughly cooked through and limp. I make sure to stir fry for 30 seconds as it says and add sauce. I sprinkle with a bit of cheddar cheese and when it’s melted I plate. Soooo good. Good lord...If you like spicy noodles like 3-4 star Pad Thai/Drunken Noodles etc, or spicy ramen, these are the best instant super spicy, affordable packs ever. For reference, I absolutely love Nongshim Shin Black, but it's not spicy after you eat it a few times. I found Shin Red VERY spicy the first year or two, but apparently you do build up a spicy heat tolerance. These Samyang original Bolduk (spicy chicken) noodles in the black package are amazing. I cooked for at least an extra minute or two than the instructions, and made sure to toss the noodles with the sauce in the pan to stir-fry them which I find important for texture and caramelization/thickening of the sauce and getting it to stick to th noodles. Had it once, instantly addicted.

First of all, make sure you eat the noodles from a glass or ceramic bowl. It will most definitely stain plastic with red grease. Anyway onto the taste. If you like the Nissin fireworks bowls, the ones that comes with the red sauce, then you'll probably like these noodles. It has that "sweet heat" taste. The sweet dampens down the more water you have in the bowl. If you keep only a tiny amount of water it will be HOT! The kind of hot that leaves you leaking from your eyes, nose, and pores lol. I really like these noodles. They a little thicker than maruchen ramen noodles and softer and "fluffier" too. I also like that you can adjust the heat level depending on how much water you leave in the bowl. Yeah I'll probably get these again.

Review of Samyang Hot Chicken "Korean Fire Noodles" 5 x 140g

Great thick noodles which reminded me a little of linguini, the sauce really packs a punch, the first couple of bites in you will not notice - then the heat REALLY kicks in! I was taking a sip of water per bite to finish. Nice accompanyments that take the edge off - veggies, mozzarella and mayonnaise. Couldn’t eat these everyday, more of a spicy treat once a month. But tasty all the same.🤤

This is far and away the best off the shelf instant ramen I’ve ever made. I bought the big family pack because I heard it was so good and the whole bag was gone within a few days! The noodles are chewy and flavorful with a bit of substance to them.The hot chicken flavor was HOT compared to what I’m used to but after two bowls I could have it without sour cream (yes I am white). The sauce while hot still packs tons of flavor to enjoy. I also like the cute little toppings to put on top. I added eggs and veggies to mine to round out the meal.On cold winter nights this is definitely the right ramen to fill your belly and get your metabolism going to keep you warm. I’d recommend it to anyone who can take the heat.

If you love spice this is for you!!! With soft fluffy noodles, and a thick sause that leaves your dishes red. These Noodles burn your lips and make your nose run. I find that it leave a pleasant warmth in your chest very much like whiskey. While your face is on fire your soul is nice and toasty!!!!. A perfect winter dish!

ingredients have been "americanized"

unfortunately with brining this brand to the usa, they did the american thing by using cheap unhealthy ingredients. This americanized version of Buldak has corn syrup while the vereion in asia doesnt have that nasty ingredient. Youre ntetter off buying it from over seas for teo reasons. 1. the ingredients 2. price scaplers overcharge this type of ramen on a daily basis. i can MAYBE get lucky when i see the spicy chicken when its a decent price. Howver, trying to get other flavours wirhout paying scalping prices, is hiat impossible.
