An average bypass looper, would not recommend. A lot of muscle power is required to press and cut. Single press and cut is not possible. The only plus point is that it is extendable.

Cheap never equals quality. I bought these just to cut bush branches not even 10mm thick and after several cuts the arm bent rendering them useless. You get what you pay for so partly my fault but a complete waste of $20.

First time using and one of the telescopic arm locking buttons failed and it’s stuck fully extended and the cutting blade was heavily damaged after pruning maybe 6 small branches no more than 10mm.

I was after lightweight loppers and this product fits the bill. I couldn't see myself using the heavier products (a retired female, I don't have that much arm muscle!) and whilst the price of this made me think they would be flimsy and prone to breakage, so far I am very happy with them. Sharp, easy telescopic arms and easy to use. So far I've used to trim back high climbing plants and a large shrub.
I bought this yesterday. Felt a little flimsy in the store, but for $20 I thought I'd be happy if it lasted a year. Cut Heliconias for ten minutes. Went to prune a 2cm diameter softwood shrub and the sleeve that holds the telescopic point in place snapped.Only suitable for cutting extremely soft matierals!I'm taking it back today and getting a better product.
Perchased this product, and after very light use one arm became stuck to it's full extent, and the other arm completely fell off. Ended up having to fix handles in place with metal screws, so they are useable, but no longer extendable. Would not recommend this product.
I bought this a few weeks ago and found whilst the use is good, if I overuse it, as i have a severe infestation on the mango tree, it jacks up and i have to fix it up a lot.Would reconsider buying this product.
I've been using these loppers for over 12 months, they've been put their paces and haven't failed me yet, they're very sharp to the day and are able to cut though bigger branches (with a little extra effort) than stated in the INFO but i wouldn't push your luck. I've had no issues when adjusting the length. My one issue is the handles do feel a bit flimsy and as if they'd bend or snap if you tried to cut through something too thick.. Otherwise for the price point, they're bang for your buck.
Lockdown meant no gardeners so I lopped my own shrubs. Sometimes I sat on my Cyclone garden stool and lopped in comfort using the telescopic handles. Lightweight and easy to use by an 'oldie' like me. Cheap price doesn't mean less quality.
Worked great for a few hours cutting small thorn bush branches... Then both arm extensions broke. The plastic retainer for the button/spring is extremely weak and low quality - as expected with how cheap they are.
