This SCANPAN Classic spare lid will fit your 16cm saucepan. It is made from tempered glass making it easy for you to view your cooking without having to lift the lid. This lid features a stainless steel trim and a bakelite knob. Features: Tempered glass Domed shape Heat resistant to 260°C Fits a 16cm diameter pan Maintenance and Care: Before First Use - Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush/cloth. Do not use harsh scourers. Routine Cleaning - Use a soft nylon scourer to wash the lid in hot soapy water. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately. Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product. Do NOT use excessive high heat.
