Aluminium is also considerably lighter than other materials making this chef's pan easier to handle. A steel disc is cast into the base making it suitable for all hob types, including induction. Chef's pans are ideal for boiling and simmering liquids or making bolognaises, chillies, goulashes and stroganoffs and are particularly suited to dishes that need to be finished in the oven. They are also perfect for serving directly at the table. This chef's pan is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C. The Stratanium non-stick coating is PFOA and PFOS-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results.
