Much more space than a regular roaster and very high quality finish. I like that it's multi-purpose and can be used on the stovetop or as a casserole dish. I've purchased the matching glass lid so it can be used as a large alternative to a Dutch oven.

Have a variety of scanpan products in several households, and used for about 15 years. This is my favorite roasting pan so far. In oven and on stove top browns/caramelises beautifully and releases food without any sticking. Very impressed. Glass lid very useful for fridge storage.Service from Everten excellent. Well packaged and delivered efficiently to rural NSW, even given Covid19 restrictions.

Excellent quality pan which makes great food and never sticks. Importantly for me, you can fit 2 of these side by side in a 90 cm oven and yes I bought a second one just because of that. I've thrown out my other roasting pans as these are so good. Very versatile - I use it to make lasagne and potato bakes as well as roasting potatoes and meat.
Honestly, an excellent pan, absolutely non-stick, cleans easily with hot soapy water and sometimes a few moments soak, but hardly ever need to do this. Produces lovely crispy potatoes. More expensive than most pans but definitely worth the extra cost.
I cook without oils but have used balsamic vinegar and hot sauces with vegetables and everything comes out so easy. No sticking and the taste wonderful! I have baked and cooked on the stovetop with this pan. It is my go to pan!
I have several roasting pans but this is the one I use 90% of the time. It is the perfect size for a roast plus veggies. Nothing ever sticks and the food turns out just the way I want. I even use it to brown meat on the stove top before roasting in the oven. Highly recommend.
Second of these baking pans. They’re great! The smaller size is really handy.
We have used Scanpan TechniQ and many older roasting pans for years. They are perfect! Predictable beautiful cooking. We are just downsizing since our children left home. But we stuck with a brand we have used for many years.
Roasts chicken perfectly every time. The metal bottom provides central focused heat that browns food perfectly. The pan is a tad heavy but that is what makes it roast so well. Terrific purchase.
