I suffer terrible heel pain when wearing shoes and buying these gel inserts really help with wearing your shoes all day. They are easy to insert into the shoe and they are marked left and right. They are clear and it is just a matter of peeling off from the sticky side and pressing into the heel of the shoe. \n\nFor how thin they are, they really did cushion my heel especially walking on hard tiled floors. They stay in place easily on the heel so you don't have that movement like other brands. \n\nEasy, affordable and comfortable for all day wear. My feet are now happy. \n

These gel insoles from Scholl were great for my feet. They provided a soft gel cushioning and were easy to apply to your shoes and have great adhesive power so didn't move around. They were very comfortable and I found the comfort lasted all day. I definitely felt a difference at the end of the day, as the gel insert helped to relieve the pressure on certain areas of my feet that needed it the most like my heel. I found my feet weren't as tired and aching and it made standing on my feet all day bearable.\n

I was expecting good things from this product but I was slightly disappointed in terms of a few things. One was the sizing. To fit shoe size 3-7.5 is quite difficult as that is quite a range. Consequently I found them too small for my Size 7 boots. I couldn't get them to fit properly as they were too small. Also, because they are so sticky underneath, if you stick them in the wrong place at the start, it's a pain to get them off again to move them without ripping out the main insole. I am sure these are probably really good if they fit well but for me I didn't get to experience the benefit.

These insoles made the most incredible difference to my work heels. I was suffering badly with my plantar faciitis when I bought these and they made the hours on my feet in my heeled shoes so much more bearable! They are extremely comfortable and help prevent foot fatigue in a massive way. I would put these in every pair of shoes I purchase!
I like gel insoles as they can be wiped clean if required. I have size 4 feet but once the instep part was positioned correctly for me the insoles did not go under my toes and I had excess insole at my heels. I would recommend positioning the insole before removing the backing so you know where to stick it down. Once positioned the insoles stay securely in place. I also have a high instep so found these very supportive. The excess length at the heel was easy to trim away. Expensive but good product.
I like the idea of these insoles and can see the benefit of having them for, as the name suggests, everyday heels in order to make wearing them more comfortable. Problem is, I didn't find them massively comfortable in my shoes (I'm a size 7). Even with repeated fiddling and phaffing to reposition them right, it just felt as though my shoes no longer fitted me properly with the insoles in. They might be better for someone with a different foot size, perhaps more towards the middle of the size range that they cater for (3 to 7.5) but not for me.

Without the insoles, my feet gradually slip forward throughout the day making it excruciatingly painful on my smallest and largest toes by the end of the day. On the plus side, these insoles have solved that problem. They adhere incredibly well to my boots and my feet haven't slipped forward whilst wearing them.However, I needed to adjust the insoles slightly and tried to peel them off. Unfortunately, for my leather left boot the lining began to peel off along with the insole. I immediately stopped and pushed lining and insole back into the shoe so as to not risk peeling the entire lining out. It could just be poorly made leather boots (I'm not sure what ... I usually suffer really badly when I wear high heels and it ends up putting a downer on my night out. However, having recently bought a new pair of 4.5 inch heels I was determined not to let them ruin my night and decided to give these insoles a try. I'm so glad I did, they really helped to stop my shoes hurting me! I went 8 hours in my shoes, and while they still hurt at the end of the night it was definitely more bearable and these insoles definitely prolonged the wear. Would definitely recommend!
Being on my feet all day usually my feet get very hot and sore. Trying these insoles was one of the best decisions I have made in a long while. My feet felt supported and comfortable all day long.The only downside I can think off is that they have to be stuck into the shoe so they cannot be swapped to another pair.I would recommend this product to others and I will be buying more for my other shoes.
I bought these a couple of weeks ago for my birthday and oh my god, they are so uncomfortable! They squish your feet which would require you to buy extra ones to cover your whole foot. My feet were a lot more comfortable without them. Better off just getting comfier shoes or practising the heel walk.
