Pros: Wonât work without mobile app-Bluetooth. Full tyres no punctures, external battery increased range from 22km to 45km and a bit of speed. It transformed ÂŁ370 scooter to ÂŁ600-ÂŁ800 range. Spare parts available to buy. Iâve ridden it in a heavy rain-not recommended by manufacturer but no problems at all. Cheep for 300W electric motor from well known Sagway. Strong build, nippy when on S speed mode. Normal speed mode weak when going uphill but long range. Charging under my desk in the office every other day. With External battery charging once a weekđ. Wouldnât buy any other scooter.Cons: heavy to carry, cost of external battery ÂŁ170. Scooter wonât work if mobile phone in the back pocket.

Tested in extreme mode (120kg even in moderate climbs) it reached 18km / h and under 5% battery it practically couldn't take it anymore.Normal mode 61kg plain reaches 21km / h, after a month of use I can say that the actual total km travelled does exceed 16 (without sport mode).Incredibly nice big tires, it performs very well on uneven ground, I took manholes, holes, bumps ... I am very satisfied with this!Brakes very well (electric brake), for now I never needed the mechanical brake.Weight: it's too heavy for me.Nice wide comfortable platform you can even fit in 2, oops!Very fast charging about 4h (which should not be underestimated at all!)The app is useless, I hope they will improve it.Excellent maneuverability.Delivered really ... MoreTested in extreme mode (120kg even in moderate climbs) it reached 18km / h and under 5% battery it practically couldn't take it anymore.Normal mode 61kg plain reaches 21km / h, after a month of use I can say that the actual total km travelled does exceed 16 (without sport mode).Incredibly nice big tires, it performs very well on uneven ground, I took manholes, holes, bumps ... If you want something serious for daily use then I would recommend going for egret models as they are always much more reliable, and feel like they're a scooter made to actually last, and not a cheap toy you enjoy for a little while.

Purchased these to ride around with my kids at parks and such. Great E-Scooter. Top speed 20-21km/h at a range of 22KM's on one charge. Takes about 3 1/2 Hrs to charge to full. Great build / very stable. Can support about 100KG's weight. Bought these as a bundle with Segway Ninebot Drift W1 and not a single regret. The Drift is my 8Yo's favorite mode of transport at the moment. Highly Recommended both products.

I bought this two days ago. Had a lot of fun riding it around. While bringing up the app I saw a firmware update and thought "Hey, what's the worse that can happen?". Immediately my scooter just powered off and I could not turn it back on. Only way to get power again was plugging it in to the charger. I can't factory reset this. I don't get how a firmware update can result in the only tactile button on this thing to be disabled. If I were to un-pair my phone or be somewhere without my charger when this was to turn off, all I would have to a big and bulky scooter.
You can go anywhere, avoiding public transport. Specifically for the model, I can say that it is more comfortable than the previous S1 / 2. The larger wheels give more stability and while the suspension is missing, it is not felt.Overall I really like this scooter, perhaps a little uncomfortable with the brake with the "button" instead of the classic brake lever of the bike as to brake you have to put your left hand in an inappropriate way to have perfect control BUT the brake anyway, brakes very well I would say.I recommend this scooter!
light and solid. It loads in no time. Very effective headlights. The vibrations are felt (for example cobblestones). The larger tire is great: the handlebar (and also the controls) of the scooter have given me a couple of problems without problems, however, it does not puncture so thats a plus.I received it for about 10 days and I have already traveled 115 Kilometers in the city back and forth from work and it does the job absolutely fine. The App, on the other hand, is ridiculous and is useless.
This is a great entry level scooter. You'll get best use of it using the app which helps you control the top speed and cruise control features. I've really enjoyed using it and have the extra battery attached. Without the extra battery I can ride approx 10km but then the battery is proper flat.I rate the quality as Good rather than Excellent as my scooter just has a few loose fixtures on the handle bars that vibrate every now and then. It's totally safe just a design thing but the noise is kind of annoying.
Pros: Looks good.Cons: It broke on the second day, reading âbattery Communication errorâ battery wouldnât charge, service spanner light was flashing. Annoying... to say the least. Returned to the shop to be told by the guy behind the counter âwe have had loads of these back and are expecting more back in the new yearâ. Disappointed as I purchased due the the brand name being reputable and trust worthy.
I bought it one month ago aproximately. It works fantastic, the estimated range is not so acurate (around 17km) but it works quite good going up hill. I have never felt that it lose power in the normal mode. I don´t feel much difference with the sport mode. The app and Scooter receive updates twice since I have it.
Bought 10 months ago and using it for a 4-5kms (one way) daily commute. It always made funny noises that stopped when I oiled the wheels. However into the 10th month it suddenly started playing up - switches itself off when I wait for the green light (the only way to switch it back on is to plug it to power!). Sometimes won't switch on at all. Became completely unreliable in less than a year.Segway said this usage is excessive. They will have me extract the battery and deliver it to them "for assessment" (as part of the warranty) rather than organise a proper service with a local repairer and a replacement device. So do keep in mind that this is a toy not a commuting device, and the service will be sub-standard.
