Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil 60 Capsules

This is good quality cod liver oil in one handy capsule. As you only need to take one capsule a day this pack will last you about 4 months (there are 120 capsules) so I think it is very good value for money. The capsules are quite small so they are easy to take & they will help to keep your bones, healthy. So, good quality & a good price, what's not to like?

Seven seas cod liver maximum strength is something I use every day and it's has been something I have been using for a good couple of years. It's one tablet every morning or evening. It helps with your bone strength. You can feel the difference. It has given me the strength and I believe has helped me so much. Seven seas has always been in my family and have taken them when younger. It's a brand I would recommend and try and you will see the difference.

I take these regular as these help to reduce inflammation on my joints. With them also having vitamin D in is a bonus especially as I suffer from psoriasis and only main help is from the sun rays and with the British weather chopping and changing we don't get enough sun. These help me with flareups especially in the colder months where most will suffer with health issues more.

I have health issues and worry about getting the right levels vitamins and minerals. I love this product. Really quick and easy to take. Can swallow fine with a little water (they are smooth and do not stick) and I don't have to worry about fishy breath lol. Genuinely started to notice a difference (hair, nails, energy) after taking for a little while. Was never one for supplements, but this has really inspired me to take others. Honestly think this has made me more resilient to the minor bugs that go round (which working in schools I used go get all the time). Remember when young seeing kids being made to take liquid version on a spoon (like some sort of punishment). I've never tried this as looked horrendous / like it tasted vile. I have never seen genuine results with supplements other than these! I recommend to everyone! Within 1 week you will see your nails grow and your hair shine more. After 1 months your nails are stronger and your hair is thicker. After 6 months, my nails are HARD, long and my hair is shiny and healthy just like when I was a child - despite having 2 perms and bleach from black to grey! This is the only thing that saved it!!!!

The added vitamin D in this product is an added bonus!I have developed sore achy joints since having covid and a friend advised me to try Seven seas max cod liver oil.I have been using them for nearly 3 months now and I do feel more supple.The capsules are not too big and are very easy to swallow down. I even have my 18 year old son using them too!One downside is they are actually quite pricey so I only buy when on a special offer.

Absolutely superb!

I was sent these to review roughly about 3 weeks ago. I have been taking one capsule daily since then & I have noticed several changes..With the latest hype about taking vitamin D to ward off colds & flu, these capsules contain this vitamin. Now normally I would come down with a nasty cold anytime from December onwards...I've had nothing, but my husband & daughter both came down with bad colds TWICE within a matter of weeks!Secondly, I suffer with arthritis, not severe, but I can be in pain most days with hands & wrists plus a dodgy knee joint. Age-tested solution

I had a lot of joint pain especially in my knees before I started taking this supplement. I used to take it as a teenager and got loads of compliments for my hair, skin and nails. Excellent supplement

I've been looking for a new source of cod liver oil tablets as my previous choice has become too expensive; I was recommended to try Seven Seas and so chose the Simply Timeless for their blend of marine oil, cod liver oil and it has the added bonus (particularly at this time of year) of vitamin D.I've been taking one capsule a day for over two weeks now and I'm really pleased. While I try and keep a healthy diet and a steady (but not crazy) fitness programme I do think I am starting to feel the benefits of the supplement. I had been looking for a good omega 3 and vitamin D supplement so I was excited to try out this Maximum Strength Cod Liver oil. Seven Seas make excellent supplements and this one is great for muscles, bones, immune system, heart, vision and brain. It is now recommended that adults in the U.K. should take a vitamin D supplement in autumn and winter, and this is great source of vitamin D as well as omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin E. The capsules are fairly large, but they are easy to swallow with a cold drink and there is no aftertaste. Since I've been taking them I have noticed my joints seem better and my skin is clearer too. They aren't suitable for vegetarians as they contain fish oils and gelatine but they are great for everyone else.
