I chose Thompson's Cod Liver Oil 100 Capsules as an alternative to Fish Oil. As an older person I remember in my childhood years being given Cod Liver Oil to supplement Vitamins A and D. Thompson's is three months' supply at a good price.
One of the only chemist vitamin supplements my naturopath recommends - Thompsons Cod liver oil.
