Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil One A Day 120 Capsules

These are a tablet that myself and my husband have used for a few years now. Now we have reached a certain age we felt for various reasons we needed to add to our vitamins and supplements. I can honestly say we both feel better for using these, mentally and physically.

Seven seas cod liver maximum strength is something I use every day and it's has been something I have been using for a good couple of years. It's one tablet every morning or evening. It helps with your bone strength. You can feel the difference. It has given me the strength and I believe has helped me so much. I've been taking these once a day for years now. I suffer from osteoarthritis & being young I think these definately helps my bones but also prevent joint stiffness as well. Have now been taking these for six weeks.They have certainly reduced the amount of stiffness in my back in the mornings.There is a noticeable decrease in what I call my clunks and clicks during daily activities.Give them time to work and see the difference they make.My only complaint is the size of the capsules themselves.

My chiropractor recommended I take this sort of supplement...I alternative them with a vegetable Omega 3 to get the widest range of nutrients.I'm 63 and have no joint problems or any noticeable signs of arthritis, and I'm convinced that it's down to these tablets. The lack of those ailments also means I can pursue my passion for cycling 100 miles a week. So all in all, they are goodness! What I also noticed since I started is a staggering improvement in my skin. I say staggering because I've never had so many compliments since after taking them.I would recommend a little patience...they don't work instantly...but in this case, patience is very definitely rewarded.

Best Purchase Ever

I have now been taking these forvapproximately one month. Prior to that I was taking Omega 3 Fish Oil 300mg Capsules 5 a day for the past 18 months. Although they have kept my cholesterol level good, taking these gives me Cod Liver Oil as well. I am unable to swallow big tablets or capsules the are a great size and I can swall quite easily, also I only have to take one a day. I am a young 72 year old and do all I can to keep healthy. I would certainly recommend them and although there are three months in one container I have already purchased my next tub. They are excellent value for money and I can’t praise them enough.

Easy to Swallow

I am not a big fish eater so Cod Liver Oil capsules are a must for me.When I first opened the container I did notice a very strong fishy smell, not at all like cod liver oil capsules that I have used before. I was worried about an after taste but need not have worried because the capsules are very easy to take and slip down easily. I had no after taste at all and definitely think they are doing my aches and pains some good.My only problem was getting a single capsule out of the easy to open container. It is quite large for the number of tablets that it contains (120). I have big hands and long fingers but still struggled to reach a capsule. It's hard to say whether or not these capsules have been of any benefit to me, even after several months of using them. I will say, however, that I had previously been experiencing aches and pains in my wrists and hands - discomfort that has now diminished a great deal. Coincidence? Quite possibly, but I intend to keep using the tablets anyway. They are slightly on the bulky side, but nothing that can't be handled with a drink of water. The added vitamin D is an extra bonus. If you're looking for cod liver oil capsules, I have no hesitation in recommending these.
