I am sure this is a great product, but my money went out of my account instantly on 15.12.2019. Today is 05.01.20 and I haven't received the product yet. No tracking number was provided. The price was very competitive - at least it will be of the product ever arrives. Three times I have received emails requesting a review. After the second one I tried to contact the on-line store. Seven times I phoned on 3 separate days. There was no capacity to leave a message and no-one ever answered. This was during business hours. 5 times I called a physical store at Smithfield in Western Sydney. I was holidaying in Katoomba at the time about 70 kilometres from that store. They only answered the phone on one occasion, and the man apparently could not hear me and hung up. I sent several emails, none of which were responded to. EVER! So seeing you have the audacity to ask a third time for a review, here it is. Your online product delivery service and customer support is abysmal. Among the worst I have ever seen. If you want me to review the microphone you have to send it to me first. Or at least give me my money back so I can buy it from someone who has a clue how to take care of their customers. Finally, even this review couldn't be posted from Chrome and I had to open my email in explorer to send the review. That, at this point in the conversation is extremely frustrating, but absolutely typical of my experience in communicating (or more precisely, not being able to communicate) with DJ City. I trust this will help you with your future business operations.
