Shure MV88+ Stereo USB Microphone

I mostly use the on the go with my portable setup but is easily quality enough to use in your at home studio as well. The versatility of this mic with all its polar patterns is great. Using the Motiv when I am recording out in public really helps to single out exactly the audio I want to record while rejecting most of the background noise. I no longer have to bring both a shotgun mic and an omnidirectional mic because this thing can do it all and sounds better doing it.

I did LOTS and LOTS of research searching for a dynamic mic that would not pick up the noise from my neighborhood traffic as I record my podcast, White Coat White Collar, near my busy street.In the process of moving that highly expensive mic (Telefunken) was packed and I had to record another outro to send to my marketing team ASAP. Thankfully, my buddy let me use his mic (the SHURE MV88 + Stereo USB).I didn't think much of the mic until my team sent me the audio and BOY WAS I SUPRISED! The sound was impeccable! Not to mention, the easy USB feature! My Telefunken mic required an amp box and audio adjusting which was agg.Nonetheless, I ordered my own and LOVE it! I did add a mic arm feature as the mic needs a stand or base.
