I like these and have ordered them more than once. The dosage is what I was looking for. The formula looks correct. My naturopath says that D3 needs to be taken with K2 for proper absorption. K2 comes in 2 forms- MK-4 and MK-7. This one has MK-7. There has been some limited research about D3 + K2 in MK-4 form- looks more promising than K2 MK-7, but the dosages will be different. Data is limited. And different protocols will yield different results and always depend on the individual, as we are all different. But for D3+K2 MK-7 this seems to be a well balanced item worth trying.
