Just taking one a day regulated my menstrual cycle, and DRASTICALLY improved my mood, sleep, and general feelings of wellbeing. It also all-but-eliminated my cravings, and has helped me to manage my appetite. It didn’t take long to work too. If hormone imbalance is making you feel abnormal, and unlike your normal self, I highly recommend trying this.I stopped taking it for 2 weeks to see how my body would respond, and stocked up again before the period was over. I’ve never had a supplement make such a big difference to my life, and (unfortunately) I can’t live without it.It’s been sold out for a few months online, and I haven’t found a brand that’s nearly as good, so hopefully it’s back in stock by the time I need a top up.

I bought these on the recommendation of a friend and had been suffering a little mentally at the time and thought why not after he had reported such good results. Bottom line is that I feel a lot better taking 1 cap a day for the last 5 months or so, the difference is incredible and I feel like I am the best I can be and the irritability and mood rollercoasters have all but vanished now. I feel calm. I feel composed and I feel like I am able to take on the lumps and bumps that life has to offer me so much better than I have been. I had high hopes for this as I am trying to get my blood sugar a bit more even as it's gone a bit haywire in my post-menopause. However it was not to be as it just gave me a stomach upset with rather too many visits to the loo each day. I persevered for a week but this side effect did not improve so I had to throw in the towel and throw the inositol in the bin! What a shame. The star rating is annoying as rating the value, easy to swallow and flavour is all a bit irrelevant in this case, although they were easy to swallow and had no flavour.
I have PCOS and suffer with the usual symptoms - fatigue is a big problem and I often find myself with very little energy. I heard about inositol through a friend and thought I'd give it a go. I've been taking them for around a month and while I haven't experienced any life changing side effects, I do have more energy and find myself with a better sleep routine. I have lost weight but have been trying to anyway so not sure if that's due to my exercise/healthy eating and inositol or what but once I've finished this tub, I will give them a break and see if I miss them!
I have PCOS and type 2 diabetes. Even when I eat low carb my blood sugars are still high despite being on metformin. My niece recommended I try these for my PCOS. I've been on them for a week and my blood sugars are averaging between 6-7mmol. Better than they have been for ages! I couldn't get them lower than 12mmol. I am still eating low carb but feel this has cut down the need to increase my medication. I've also lost 3lb which even on a calorie restricted diet I have been unable to lose.
I read the reviews and purchased, and felt compelled to write my own. I dont have PCOS but have irregular periods, post having my son 18m ago they have been all over the place. With some light, some heavy around 14 days so just finish and come on again. Since taking these they have returned to 30 - 36 days which was similar to my pre pregnancy period. I couldnt recommend more! Went to the Gynae and his only suggestion was to go on the pill! Solved my probelms with this :)
Bought this because I was diagnosed with PCOS. Buying this big sized bottle is gonna save you money in the long run compared to getting the 30 day supply. The packaging is nice and professional. The ingredients and supplements are third party tested which definitely should be a requirement for all the supplements you drink. The size of the pills aren't too big and are pretty easy to swallow. I heard some people open up the capsules and mix it in their drink but I don't really know what that would taste like or if its going to effects its potency.
