I appreciate the quality, there was one issue that really stood out—the lid didn’t fit properly. It was slightly off, which is disappointing, especially for a brand with such a strong reputation. The dishes themselves are on the smaller side, which I personally don’t mind, but the ill-fitting lid makes me question whether I want to keep them. I love everything else about the set, but functionality is key, and the lid issue is hard to overlook.

I try each year to buy something that will last for years to come with the money my mother gives me for my birthday. This year it was this smaller set of Staub bakeware. I know it will be used and loved for years to come like my 1 other piece of Staub.My only issue is part of rim on the lid is discolored. I’ve washed with mild dish detergent and rubbed with a cloth but have been unable to remove the marks. I know this will not affect the use or performance of the lid, it was still a disappointment to not receive it in unmarred condition.

I purchased this set from Crate and Barrel during their Black Friday sale over a similar le Creuset set. I haven't had any previous Staub pieces so I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. This set is absolutely gorgeous, heavy and great to use. Cleans up super nicely (sometimes requiring a soak) and goes from oven to table in a breeze. The only thing I wish were the sizes being a bit bigger, but I guess I'll have to just buy more pieces.

Transferred the casserole dish with lid from fridge (not freezer) to the stove to heat up food, then the dish cracked into pieces right on the stove with food everywhere. After calling customer service on this website, she said DESPITE what this website says about the dish can go from cold to the stove, it actually cannot. You need to let the dish rest at room temperature. I guess that will take hours before I can heat up my food. So this is all very LAME that they advertise that the dish can go from freezer or fridge to stove, but actually, you CAN'T. You have to let the dish rest and go to room temp before heating up on stove. In this weather, that will take HOURS! And you’re still risking the dish crack and food wasted and spilled all over your stove.
Just received my 4 piece bakeware set. Arrived in good condition and I love the deep blue color. Cream interior is nice. Sizes of the 3 dishes are good for one person or a couple. Having a matching set is great. Nice, heavy pieces are good quality. They may be too heavy for some folks though. My desert baked evenly and cleanup was simple. I've had terrible problems with customer service which is too bad considering the products are high quality. Not sure I'll continue to buy Staub....
I was not convinced the investment on a set from Staubs competitor was worth the price tag and the color was not quite the tone I was expecting. When I’ve seen the set online, I decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint. The color was exactly what I expected, and the finish quality was great. Please be mindful of temperature limits and cleaning instructions! It goes a long way to preserve the finish and dish overall.
This set is a perfect size if you are looking for baking dishes just big enough for 2 person servings. This set was exactly what I was looking for! The small oval and small rectangle fit perfectly in my toaster oven. The covered square dish is deep and the lid fits great. Really happy I purchased this set.
The square pan had two black marks on the lid that did not rub off, so a flaw in the glaze. I contacted Sur LaTable support through email and have not heard back.The red is festive and I hope that by following the use instructions that the glaze with stay new looking. Often ceramic cookware forms a crackle look on its texture or seems to scrape off just by stirring like the Dansk does. Hopefully these will not. I only had them for two weeks and held off from using them until I heard from Sur La Table customer service.
I can find no flaws in the finish of this product, they are beautifully made baking dishes. The surfaces are flawless and smooth, and the lid fits perfectly. All of the dishes have nicely sized handles. The whole set feels very durable. This is something you would find in a professional kitchen. Further, the dishes were packaged very carefully, so everything arrived safely and unharmed by shipping. I'm very happy with this purchase.
I was thrilled to see the set being offered at such a reasonable price . After waiting weeks for shipping info I was notified that my order was cancelled. I have a few Le Creusey small baking dishes. We use them all the time. They're perfect for heating a single portion of vegetables in the microwave. I was really looking forward to having a set of larger ones. I don't appreciate being offered a product then having the offer retracted. The picture is of these little gems.
