These roasting pans are very resilient if you use properly. They are easy to clean. They are high-quality, heavy, but easily portable. They’re gorgeous. They’ve helped me make a number of delicious dishes and sides with it. It’s great for Making roasted meat, potatoes, au gratin, cobblers, meat pies, and so on. Thank you so very much. These baking dishes are really beautiful and the price was great. One minor negative is that the bottoms aren’t glazed so there’s kind of a weird scratching sensation when you place them in the oven. It kind of makes them feel unfinished. Also, the smaller dish is SMALL. It’s basically the size of two servings. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase because we’re just a household of two, but if you regularly cook for more than two people, you might want to invest in larger dishes.

I am very pleased with my Staub 2 piece baking dishes! I chose the Eucalyptus and love the color. The dishes are sturdy, attractive and clean up nicely.I had a white 4 piece set from Crate and Barrel that were about 20 years old so decided to try these.I would highly recommend them and glad I made this purchase.
I am very pleased with my Staub Eucalyptus green baking dish set. Not only is the color beautiful, but the dishes are easy to wash without leaving any residue or heavy scrubbing. I am so glad that I bought this and am no longer struggling to get the stuck on food off of the dish!I can highly recommend this product!
These two oval baking dishes are perfect for a family. The quality is outstanding. They are easy to clean and maintain, and having two of them of different sizes allows you to plan out your meals and side dishes very easily. They also look incredible. I would expect to pay at least twice, if not three times, more for these, as I know they will last for many years to come.
This set is very nice…..but very small. I almost returned it for that reason, but decided to keep it because the color is lovely. If you’re looking for a casserole dish to nice make your family’s thanksgiving Mac and cheese, this will be too small. Otherwise it’s perfect for smaller dishes.
I bought this 9-inch baking dish as part of a set with the 12-inch one. It's been great so far for baking and microwaving. Yesterday, I steamed green beans in my microwave using this dish and they turned out perfect. The dish was just the right size for a side dish, and looks beautiful enough to serve out of. And cleanup was easy too - I love that it's dishwasher safe. Definitely glad I purchased it.
I love the overall quality of this baking set ! Used it for the first time on New Years Day. I pre-made both Mac and cheese au gratin and a tuna casserole a few days before and froze them in the dishes...took them out...right into the oven ! ... Such a presentation on the table and they performed better than zi had ever expected...kudos! I have almost every Staub cast iron piece in the dark blue (I really mean almost every piece) and was hesitant about the ceramic bakeware....my bad...couldn't be more impressed with the quality !
