I try each year to buy something that will last for years to come with the money my mother gives me for my birthday. This year it was this smaller set of Staub bakeware. I know it will be used and loved for years to come like my 1 other piece of Staub.My only issue is part of rim on the lid is discolored. I’ve washed with mild dish detergent and rubbed with a cloth but have been unable to remove the marks. I know this will not affect the use or performance of the lid, it was still a disappointment to not receive it in unmarred condition.

First, I chose the perfect brand, and I like my Staub mixed baking dish set so much. The outside and inside of the four ceramic pieces are so smooth. I don't find any imperfections. I love the smoothness of the red color to the ceramics. Each pieces are easy to handle and it is not heavy. For these reasons, I decided to order two sizes of their cocottes and Dutch ovens. I am excited to use my baking sets for my next baking recipe.

Bought this set after losing an old Pyrex dish I took to a party. I’m often cooking for one or two and the two uncovered dishes are the perfect size for me. The color is fantastic and glaze has a nice and smooth finish all around. Looking forward to having this set for many years to come!

Transferred the casserole dish with lid from fridge (not freezer) to the stove to heat up food, then the dish cracked into pieces right on the stove with food everywhere. After calling customer service on this website, she said DESPITE what this website says about the dish can go from cold to the stove, it actually cannot. You need to let the dish rest at room temperature. I guess that will take hours before I can heat up my food. So this is all very LAME that they advertise that the dish can go from freezer or fridge to stove, but actually, you CAN'T. You have to let the dish rest and go to room temp before heating up on stove. In this weather, that will take HOURS! And you’re still risking the dish crack and food wasted and spilled all over your stove.
Received this as a gift and love it so much. Set is on the smaller size which is perfect when cooking for only one or two people. Oven-safe, durable, and highly recommend for homemade buffalo chicken dip.Bowls can also be used as dishes when hosting a party. Overall would recommend!
I was tired of buying cheap, aluminum cookware where the coating would chip off and then the pan would rust. Excited to finally buy some high quality, ceramic cookware. The set truly does improve the quality of the cooking, and all the pieces are super durable. They are even pretty enough to serve food in. Win, Win, Win for me!

You can put them in the oven, dishwasher, and microwave. This set is the perfect gift for yourself or anyone who spends time cooking or baking!
I love this gratin set .... They are the perfect size for a side or to cook for 1 - 2 people. It heats evenly and cleans easily. I cooked chicken with tumeric and other "prone to staining" spices and it did not stain the ceramic interior. I love that the bottom of the dishes are smooth and do not damage my stone countertop.
I’ve been upgrading my cookware with Staub ceramics. Very high quality and so versatile—I can use it for low temp baking and high temp roasting. Cooks evenly, cleans up easy and looks gorgeous. I bought this primarily for the square covered dish. The other dishes are a bonus, nice for sides and other smaller quantity dishes.
I can find no flaws in the finish of this product, they are beautifully made baking dishes. The surfaces are flawless and smooth, and the lid fits perfectly. All of the dishes have nicely sized handles. The whole set feels very durable. This is something you would find in a professional kitchen. Further, the dishes were packaged very carefully, so everything arrived safely and unharmed by shipping. I'm very happy with this purchase.
