Strymon cloudburst has really poor jack sockets. Intermittent connection. This is a basic design issue that has been noted on the internet. I’m a gigging musician and I wouldn’t trust Strymon products to last very long if they can’t even get the jack sockets right. Might be alright in the bedroom but not professional level quality. I want a refund
