Heats and cools quickly; non stick works fabulously; cool handle; lighter than previous model; vent works really well; and a great price!

The Classic Banquet Frypan is a great size and shape. I am replacing one that has had many years of use. It was always hand washed and used non metal utensils to protect the surface. Over time the surface will still wear but I feel it is good value and recommend this product.

This was a replacement for same model that was pretty old and improvements immediately noticable. Non-stick is vastly better as is temperature control via thermostat range. I cook with it most days. I haven't put in dishwasher even though it says you can.

I bought this nearly 2 years ago now and it has gotten to the point where everything sticks. The non stick coating is slowly wearing off where the element would be. Also, the temperature has always been a bit dodgy, if I'm cooking something like sausages I have to keep turning up the level to get the same amount of heat. Then when cooking eggs, even on a low temp it will cook too fast. On the plus side it cooks casseroles and stews very well. Before everything started sticking it was great frypan, excellent size.
I have had 2 earlier models of this frypan and have loved them. However they do lose their non stick over time so my parent bought me a replacement as an early Christmas present. This one just doesn't seem to heat up the same. I have to have it turned right up to nearly high to get some heat. Disappointed
This is about the 3rd banquet pan I’ve owned and this one is by far the best. I use them frequently and find they generally last for many years. This one has a much sturdier base, a very solid lid and the plug is good and strong.The heating is very even and the thermostat is fantastic at keeping the temperature stable. I highly recommend this.
This frypan really heats up, I love it. I highly recommend it.It is dishwasher safe but I don't feel the need to use the dishwasher due to how light this is and simple to clean.I used to prefer using a pan on the stove. Now I prefer using this. It doesn't take up much bench space, and is really simple to use.
I bought this as a stand in for my Weber Q BBQ when on a caravanning weekend as there was a fire ban. I have never been a fan of electric frypans but this product has changed my mind. It cooks “snags”, steaks, bacon & eggs perfectly. The clean up was so easy, just wiped it out with a paper towel, nothing sticks! As long as I can get 240v power at a caravan site the Weber might stay in retirement.
I received a goodbye gift voucher from my former boss, and I used it to buy this frypan, I really needed a new one. Plus I love cooking. Great size frypan, it'll be so good to cook larger portions of food to prep for meals during the week/for freezing afterwards/for serving extra guests. It beats the last electric frypan I had. I have a rather loaded kitchen space and didn't know where to put it, so I donated a few too many coffee cups to make room for it lol, owning this new frypan was non-negotiable! look forward to using this new, exciting bad boy.
The Banquet Frypan is my favourite kitchen appliance and it was great to be able to buy it on-line and have it delivered promptly through Myer. It is a great way to cook, fry and roast all kinds of things from corn fritters to a stir fry or family beef casserole. I find the size is perfect for 2 to 6 people and it saves me lots of time. Who needs take-away food when it can be cooked so quickly and easily in oneFrypan!
