Love it! I loathe ironing, but this is lightweight, easy to use and delivers steam when you need it. I ironed things that have been waiting since lockdown!!! Absolutely recommend this iron

I purchased this iron as I do a lot of home sewing. I wanted one with a large water reservoir to last the many hours over the day I would be using it and it does that well. I also wanted an iron that didn’t sound an alarm when not moved for periods of time (thankfully it is quiet). It does have a sleep mode but heats up pretty quickly. What I do not like is that the length of the cord is fairly short so I need to use an extension; the hose that delivers the water is pretty heavy so you need to have it sitting in the right spot and unimpeded; and despite going through all prep cleaning steps I have reside blasted on my fabric. Far too noisy - sounds like a washing machine pump operating all the time. Takes a long time to generate steam and is slow delivering it even with the noisy pump operating all the time

I’m really disappointed. Sunbeam has a great name but this iron spits water and is more of an iron with extra steam than a steam generator. I had a different brand before that worked much better. I wonder if mine is actually faulty it’s that bad...
I bought this steam station to replace my old Sunbeam. It’s much lighter in weight has a bigger water tank then my old one, however it’s doesn’t seem to produce as much steam which is why I only gave it 4 stars
Easy to use, which makes working your way through clean laundry a breeze. It has cut my regular ironing time by half. Only low point is if the iron is not returned to the holding plate securely, it will fall, so care needs to be taken if you have children around whilst ironing.
Really happy with this product. The steam function makes ironing so much quicker than my previous heavy iron. Takes a couple of practices to perfect but great.
This is the best ironing system on the market. We had the previous model for over ten years with no issues. I thought it was time for a new iron and was very happy to find the new ironing system was on special so I snapped it up and now I am enjoying my new iron. The item was sent to me straight away and I received it within a couple of days. Excellent service and a great product.
Just purchased this iron, the steam generation is really poor. Im not sure if its working properly but it produces only a very small volume of steam which is very low pressure. I came to the manufacturers site in an attempt to find a video of its steam production to try to establisg if it has an issue.
Very disappointed in this product overall. It heats well but the steam function is poor. The compressor is very slow and does not produce a great amount of steam when you want it, it steams well when held horizontal, but like most I use it vertically. Took me twice as long to do ironing as I had to unfold everything like sheets and jeans to iron thoroughly, whereas before I have everything folded to cut ironing in half. I expected more from a Sunbeam product.
