No retractable cord as in the past model and the pictures on the box show no cord! A lot lighter than the last model also so is going to take some getting used to.

This is the third Tefal iron we have bought, all have been very good, time will tell with this one, so far not disappointed, only wish it had the automatic power cable storage.

Great steam iron. Makes ironing a breeze. Great value for money.
Fast efficient iron. Self detects fabric settings. Saves time .
Great product cuts ironing time by more than 1/2.Love it!!!
Fantastic for large loads of ironing. Lots of steam for linen and hard to iron garments
Very good and easy to use
I love using my new Pro Express Ultimate steam iron. It cuts down my ironing time by half and makes ironing a breeze.
I bought this model almost 2 years ago. From day 2 it spat water while ironing, it over pressured steam almost burning the user. I returned it and was told it was a calcium build up (we only use demin water). A few days later it was doing the same thing - leaving water patches on garments. The rep agreed to replace it - and the new one did the same thing. What a waste of money and the worst iron we've ever owned. Never again
