Product is great, excellent price but delivery was appalling, constant excuses from courier company and Kogan as to the repeated delays. Spent hours on the phone on hold to courier company. Think need to reassess courier partner

I haven't installed kogan swann security camera system as yet.
Since the day it was installed it has dropped offline every day. Support can’t fix it and they promise to call back and don’t. Useless at this point and I regret spending over $1000 on this system. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SWANN
Now it's possible to see what happening around house and catch the pooch who doing business on my lawn.
This product gives you piece of mind ,keeping and eye on your animals and property.
I would like a contact email for Swann Admin, we had a fault with a Swann unit that had been installed and support were not able to fix, we were going overseas and required security, and had to buy a new unit to connect a DVR that works to Cameras from earlier installed system. We now have a box with 4 new cameras and a faulty DVR that we want to return - I have sent an email twice over the last months to Swann support without response from Swann.
Product met my needs and was easy to install and operate
We bought a 6 camera system 4 years ago, over the past 18 months the camera's have been dying, we're now down to 3 and the replacement cost of camera's are not worth it. Would never own a Swann security system after the poor lifespan of their product. The hard drive has been making noises for the past 6 or so months.
