Was a bit worried this would make me constipated but luckily It doesn't and works more effectively than the previous brand I was using.I am way less tired,my hair is in a very healthy condition and not looking dry and brittle plus my circulation has improved.Definitely a keeper for me.

A big tablet to swallow.
Was a bit worried this would make me constipated but luckily It doesn't and works more effectively than the previous brand I was using.I am way less tired,my hair is in a very healthy condition and not looking dry and brittle plus my circulation has improved.Definitely a keeper for me.
Capsules are really big and hard to swallow
