Started to have biotin gummies few months back when I gave birth. Took it because I knew I'm gonna have post partum hair loss. Previously tried Nature Bounty wanted to repurchase, but no stock for current season. So I saw this and give it a try. I kinda love this more, for the content which is higher, and also more flavours to taste! Chewing it feels better then the other gummy! Also I realized my baby lashes was almost no visible. After I take this gummies daily, I see major growth of her lashes! Here's a funny recent photo of her and her lashes!

I'm onto my second jar and my hair is in the best shape it's been in for years. I went through a period of a lot of stress and had a lot of hair fall. Since then my hair moved back into a growth phase but even for a growth phase I've had noticably more growth while taking this and where I had patches where I could see through to my scalp the hair has filled in really nicely with lots of new growth. I think part of the reason it's worked so well is that it just tastes like a regular gummy candy which makes it really easy to stick to consistently. Now I just take one every two or three days for maintenance and will continue to use. Please never stop making this. Takes four to six weeks to really see a difference, because, well, that's how hair grows.

Good quality and ingredients. A good option if you need biotin supplement. Taste great, it's hard to keep to the serving size haha. I do notice the benefit. However this product often gets out of stock. Price is more expensive than others but the quality is superior too. Your skin and hair will thank you
Nice supplement. I have been eating this for almost half years. Keep replenishing it as daily supplements. The gummies are not so sweet and taste delicious. It's good for hair, skin and nail.
