These gummy vitamins are really good. I have to remind myself that they're vitamins, so I don't eat them like candy! My hair and nails already grow like wildfire, but my skin could use the extra boost. I just started on these vitamins, so I've not noticed a difference yet. When I do, then I'll do another review. I think, "What can it hurt?" Therefore, I recommend trying these vitamins. They're not very expensive, either. At this point, I would most likely buy these vitamins again.

I took this product because my nails have always been rather thin and slow to grow. I didn't notice a very big difference with my nails, but they were growing a little faster; however my hair was growing very quickly and my skin had a natural glow so it delivered on those promises. Also, the flavor was pretty good, if that's a deciding factor for you.

These were fine, the taste wasn't awful like I was expecting so that was good, but I didn't see much improvement! Also over time the gummies started sticking together which is a pet peeve of mine! I only bought these once but haven't repurchased. I now get the hair nail vitamins from Costco (big pink jar) and I love them! They taste better and are more affordable too! Plus no sticking gummy mess over time!

I love these. Taste really good I definitely notice that my nails grow quicker when I take them consistently. Pretty good ingredients and the packaging keeps them fresh. Not super expensive either!

A convenient beauty secret!

I’ve been using this for around a year and believe it or not I now notice when I stop it or don’t have it. It’s the little boost you need and for myself I noticed it most in my skin. Kept my sensitive and dry skin under control by feeding my inside and my topical creams dealt with the rest. Giving your body rhe vitamins it needs to rebuild gives you a long term fix rather than hiding it or temporarily fixing it with topical creams. The gummies are so easy to eat and yummy (you’ll want more than a couole) so easy to fit into your routine and away you go. Get on it!

Excellent product

Fabulous item! I used to take another brand and the size of the tablets was huge. I struggle to swallow tablets so I found that I was avoiding taking them more often than not. These have a nice flavor and are easy to chew. I haven’t been taking them long enough yet to determine if they help my nails be stronger

Good for hair and nails

I was recommended these natures way gummies by a friend when I was complaining that my nails were brittle. After using them for a while I did notice an improvement in my nails, they were stronger and there was less breakage and splitting. It was not a massive difference but there was definitely an improvement so I feel they were a success. I also noticed my hair was shinier, again, not a massive difference but the shine was definitely there and my hair seemed stronger too. The gummies taste great and it’s an improvement say form of incorporating more vitamins into my diet which is great, especially as I am sometimes too busy to make sure I am getting all the right nutrients. I would purchase these gummies again and would recommend them

Strong Nails Shiny Hair Smooth Skin

I stopped having acrylic nails after 40 years and needed to strengthen my natural nails. Natures Way have accomplished this with this product. I tried various nail hardeners etc to no avail until l realised l needed to take vitamins orally. My skin hair and nails are rejuvenated and l feel great.

not worth the hype

I used this product twice and saw no difference to my hair at all. I didn't expect it to make my hair grow a lot but the product didn't do anything at all. No shine, no growth or smoothness. It didn't help with my fragile nails to make them harder and it did not improve my skin in any way. I really thought it would work as i have heard from friends and family that it worked for them. I have tried another brand that make the hair skin and nails in a tablet by the brand swisse which also did not work.
