Thermal Grizzly ZUWA-145 Kryonaut Thermal Paste - 1 Gram

Seems good. Install on 2 MacBook. 1 of them OK. Another one install already spoil. But not thermal paste problem. So I bring to Apple Orchard and change logic board for $700+. No touch no problem. Change thermal paste then logic board spoil. Apple staff also say not recommended to change thermal paste for older MacBook more than 5yo. Already discharge static and use alcohol water to clean. Very suay. Bring to Apple to change better, don’t DIY.

"Joe's Market sells fake Kryonaut"

Received product 14 days after order. I instantly thought something was off because it came in a very tiny unmarked package. When I opened the package two clear spreaders were next to two bags of Kryonaut. At first glance the bags looked authentic. But after opening, I saw the spreaders that were supposed to come with the product were not in the bag and the clear ones outside the product were in fact the "thermal grizzly" spreaders. (not) I then saw that all authentic products come with a code for verification, you guessed it. No code. This is a fake product and sold from "Joe" It shipped direct from China... this did not come from a Joe. What a waste of my time and a waste of my money. Now I have to return this for 14$? Came out of tube like semi dry plasticine , not nearly enough in the pack.

I’ve used TG Kryonaut before with 2 water cooled i7 processors averaging 45degrees while online gaming. I bought this to replace a tube I bought years ago that lasted 3 applications and just started to harden after several years of being opened.This paste came out of the tube worse than that. whilst the packet was the same size as the last one there was less than 2 applications in it and It peeled off the processor whenever I tried to spread it. The much smaller TG tube I got free in 2020 with another waterblock worked fine and still had leftovers.

Excellent paste, at a premium price

Excellent high-performance premium paste for high-end systems, where best performance is required (without going into liquid metal). Probably one of the best available.The paste is expensive compared to alternatives, and for lower end builds it may be difficult to justify.

Great product!

I am really happy with this peoduct! Applied it on my acer helios 300 GPU and CPU after cleaning the fans. Make sure to use the Arctic Silver ArctiClean Cleaning Kit or isopropyl alcohol. Managed to lower temperatures from 98° gaming to 89/91° gaming. Heavily suggest you to change the thermal pads as well, this is my next step. Thanks for the great prosuct!

Marked improvement

I upgraded my Ryzn 5 3600 from the included Wraith Stealth cooler with pre-applied thermal paste to a Wraith Spire with Kryonaut, and my machine is running 5 to 15 degrees C cooler under just about all conditions. 30 more watts of TDP rating on the cooler and what is reputed to be the best thermal grease on the market really did the job. Thermal Grizzly recommends the manual spread method of application; you don't put a dollop or a line in the middle of the IHS and hope it gets squished out evenly by the heat sink mounting pressure; it comes with a little spatula to spread it out with. I found that the compound spread well when pre-heated. Since the application process is unusual for this paste, maybe an illustrated guide on the Thermal Grizzly website with some pictures of correctly applied paste or a short video would be a good idea.

Nothing Special. Premium Price.

I purchased this thermal paste to put on my i7 8700K in my prebuilt system that I bought in April 2018. My temps were slowly rising and I knew it needed new thermal paste. This stuff is OK for thermal paste but nothing special. My temps after applying it were about the same as when I got my prebuilt PC and it was using generic thermal paste. If you just need some thermal paste this will work, but don’t expect your temps to be any lower than they usually are. I only bought this because of reviews talking about small (3-4C) decreases in temperature but it turns out that has nothing to do with this thermal paste. Repasted a laptop cpu and gpu, and a desktop gpu

Worked well for me. I repasted the cpu and gpu on a gaming laptop (lenovo y530) and saw improved thermals for at least the gpu (the processor never hit a thermal throttle before). Went from 70-80 degrees celsius during a demanding game (blops 4) to 56-60 degrees with the same settings. I also repasted my desktop powercolor R9 280x graphics card, and saw similar results. Temps went from 70-80 while playing the same game to 50-60 degrees celsius. On my desktop I was able to play around with the settings to improve graphical performance compared to the older settings, while still hitting lower temps. I never bothered with the spatula and applied dots of thermal paste for the laptop and a x pattern for the desktop gpu. I still have leftover thermal paste so maybe I'll ... MoreWorked well for me. Review of THERMAL GRIZZLY Kryonaut Thermal Grease

Brilliant Stuff and cheap. You can justify buying high end thermal paste for 1-10€ price difference. Recently applied new paste onto my Ryzen 7 3700x and it performs very well with the cooler master cpu cooler I have (60oc in a warm room with the fire on playing GTAIV). Going to get more for the custom water cooling setup I have planned. Would recommend the bigger tube for this as you can use it for re applying in the future. It is a no brainer when doing the regular clean of a pc.

Seriously why would you pick anything else!

It's highly regarded and I think co-developed or developed by Derbaur arguably one of the world's best over clocker, and computer wizz. I have only ever used Thermal Grizzly pastes so I can't compare personally. However I have a friend who seen a 10⁰c decrease in cpu temps going from AIO standard paste to Kryonaut.Highly recommended, have had zero issues in any of my machines even one that ran nearly 24/7 for five years using Thermal Grizzly products.
