Bought them as steak knives, excellent performance! Double duty for small cutting jobs, very sharp out of the box. On the lighter side especially because of the light weight wood handles but absolutely beautiful!

Bought them as steak knives, excellent performance! Double duty for small cutting jobs, very sharp out of the box. On the lighter side especially because of the light weight wood handles but absolutely beautiful!
Amazing blade for precision cuts and intricate work. Light as a feather but in spited the weight goes through vegetables and fish like through butter.On a down side first week or so was “too sharp” for me, I did not get used to have such a blade for a paring knife.
Didn't receive it, so can't say about the knife itself.
The plastic head is the only negative. Pretty, little knife.
