I love this knife. I thought it might be a little on the niche side of things, but I use it all the time. Apples and pears are easily sliced up in your hand with this knife.

I love this knife. I thought it might be a little on the niche side of things, but I use it all the time. Apples and pears are easily sliced up in your hand with this knife.

I bought this knife as a gift for a friend. We have both purchased knives from knifewear previously. My friend loved his knife, liked the feel of it in his hand and has said he very much enjoys using it. Said it shaves the perfect slice of lemon rind for his martini.

I love this knife. It’s perfect for specific jobs like cutting fruits & vegetables. I have arthritis in my hands & this knife really makes my life easier.
It’s every bit as lethal as it looks. I even used its detail work capability to carve pumpkins for Halloween to awesome effect. It will make easy work of delicate cutting like julienne green onions too. Highly recommended.
I had a bird’s beak knife I got maybe 20 years ago in a block of very cheap knives and that’s how I discovered how useful these kinds of knives can be. A few months ago, that cheap knife finally bit the dust and I looked for a replacement.This Tojiro is very light, comfortable in the hand, and sharpened well. It isn’t so sharp that I feel like I’m going to easily hurt myself, and I still have good control over it. For reference I have what probably is considered a woman’s large/man’s medium-sized hands.Love having a high quality knife in this design again.
Perfect little knife for intricate/detail work. Has great angle from handle to keep blade contact with product and away from slips on to fingerswhile gripping blade. Quick and easy service from Knifewear as always.
Way more useful than I thought. It's perfect for avocado or grapefruit. Looking for excuses to peel and shape veggies. A must have.
