These are great steak knives. Or great for cutting up small pieces of fruit and vegetables. Just be very careful when they are new as they are very very sharp - so sharp that just touching the edge can remove a small piece of skin. I can thoroughly recommend long life on these and I am adding to my collection that I have had for over ten years. Not as sharp as new but still great after all this time.
