I am super happy with my purchase. The new shelving is fantastic to fit an assortment of bottle shapes which is great when you have a lot of Champagne in your collection. The lighting features and control you have over these is fantastic too. In terms of sound, we find it very quiet and doesn’t disturb us at all. I love it and would highly recommend!

About 3 months ago one of my 3 Vintec cabinets stopped working. Although it was out of warranty, Vintec kindly offered to replace the cabinet with a new one at a heavily reduced price which I was very happy with. Unfortunately the replacement didn’t work so Vintec took it away and sent me another cabinet. This one was obviously not a new cabinet as some parts were missing and other parts had fallen off in transit. Again this cabinet was taken away and another replacement provided which is working ok. This model of Vintec cabinet does not work very well with mixed bottle shapes and really not too good for just Bordeaux shaped bottles either. Several pros and cons....- lovely to look at, certainly ticks boxes visually- good that the lights can be controlled.- sounds strange but it has a beautiful woody aroma inside.Cons - the door has to be opened very wide to pull out the drawers. Sadly the door doesn't stay at 180 degrees and hinges even further backwards. It does get annoying. Temperature control isn't perfect and i would expect this for the price you pay. Each shelf does not hold 12 bottles - would be lovely to keep cases together. Not related to the product but the cellaring app associated with vintec is terrible. It became non functional so all my wine entries were lost.Overall - it's good but not great. Would I buy it again? No.

Whilst the temperature performance has gone well the internal construct is not the best. Initially two of the telescopic shelves/drawers would not extend and we had to get a technician to attend. The tech. was there within days (good after-sales service) and he discovered the effected drawers had been incorrectly installed with two end plates attached where there should have been one which prevented the drawers extending. Easy enough fix. However, within two weeks of use after that the plastic end plates on the end of the drawers started to fall off. I purchased this Vintec a month ago and is our 4th Vintec product that we own.My new Vintec sits inside our home in our family room.I have the bottom section set at 13 C for Pinot and the top set to 14 C for Caberet and Shiraz.By the time I take my wines out and decant them they end up at my desired drinking temperature.My new Vintec really struggles to keep the two zones at my desired temperaturesThanksDave

Whilst spacing between bottles (and height wise) is adequate, I find the shelves and the unit is not deep enough to facilitate simple storage of multiple bottles of different shapes.The Not Not so Good – The temperature on both bottom and top I have set to 12c, at this stage after few weeks of being installed, never have both top and bottom been simultaneously on 12c. Also make sure you do not have anything the prohibits the door fully opening if you want to pull out shelves as the seal around the door means the door has to be fully open and pushed back for the shelves to slide uninhibited in and out – overtime this could do damage to the door sealWhat could you add? Be good if the light was on a timer and allowed auto turn off/on at preset times, if you want the light on (which I do) it is always on! Think some more development of the OENO Application whilst is OK needs quite a bit of development and functional enhancements to make it truly useful
Great fridges. Quiet, elegant, cool well, good variety of options for cooling and lighting control. Display shelves hold approx 9 bottles per shelve in general giving capacity of about 100 bottles per fridge not the 126 specified. Need to Ensure sufficient space either side of cabinet (30-35mm min) to allow shelves to slide in and out easily.
I purchased a 126 bottle Vintec fridge 6 months ago now. I found it easy to set the fridge to 2 zones one for reds and the other for whites. I'm so impressed how easy it is to operate.
We bought the Vintec as part of our recent renovation to store a range of wines. The 126 capacity and its integration into the project has been excellent. The fixed shelves have been the only difficult feature.
