Delivery occurred easily. However the seal did not seal properly, and the indicator strip at the top fell off. This required a furthe service call at which the strip was replaced and the seal repaired with a hair dryer. The seal seems to be holding although the temperature never reaches the set temperature, but stays a degree above. The indicator strip has again fallen off. A handy addition would be instead of having two position light off/light on would be the option for the light to come on when door is opened.

Less of an appliance, and more of a statement piece/showcase of the wine collection. The temperature control zones are super handy for keeping wines either at the correct temperature for storage, or to chill down for serving. With the light on a night time it really becomes the focus of attention during dinners or gatherings. Five stars!

It doesnt disappoint. Our vintec fridge was installed about a 6 weeks ago and we love it. Served at perfect temperature for both red and white. Was concerned abt how the multizone cooling would work. Reds are served at our preferred temperatures perfectly and the whites that bit cooler. Very happy with the design (although wish there were more display shelves) and the lightning. Overall, super pleased with the purchase and service.

Have now had for 6 motnhs and cannot rate this product highly enough. It makes an incredible centrepiece to our dining room and is an immediate conversation starter.Can be difficult to stack with different shaped bottles, but this is well known at purchase.Holds temperature well and nill issues to report.
Bought this from Spartan Electrical in SA for just over 4000 dollars during a sale. Wont store 198 unless you take out all the shelves. I like that you have dual climate control. Lights can be turned off. Some of the buttons need you to press once or hold for different functions. The bottom part and the top part of the fridge cannot stack front and back. Also, i opted for this model as its one of the few that wont stick out as much and still hold a lot. You do lose the telescopic ability to pull out wine as easily but i use it more for cellaring.
I’ve now had my wine fridge over 3 months and it’s certainly a feature piece of my bar area. It looks very stylish, especially with the top shelf displaying my Top 6 wines for all to see.Downside is the capacity of the fridge is overstated if you want to lay your bottles down and stack them. Enquired about buying more shelves and the price was quite confronting.Would recommend for others, but with caution on capacity,
Great overall look and good features such as lighting and App to manage collection efficiently. Regretfully cannot recommend as value and quality do not match. Four replacements in less than twelve months due to marks, scratches, components falling off, compressor noise. Support experience lacked follow ups and care.
Purchased 3 of these cabinets in Janaury 2022. One of the three looks different to the other two. All 3 made noises. The odd one out was replaced with another odd looking unit. So there are 2 units that look the same, make noise and one unit that looks different. Five cabinets over 4 deliveries has occurred. Still no resolution and no one appears to know what is happening.
Bought this wine cabinet when doing our home renovation and it looks incredible.Had an issue when it was first delivered that it didn’t hold temperature, but the team came out very quickly to resolve the issue and has been flawless since.One thing I think would be good is to see is a bit more stability in the fridge. It doesn’t appear to impact performance but it feels a little flexible or unstable when opening and closing the door where the cabinet flexes a bit despite being fully grounded.
very happy with this product, i have had a couple of minor issues these where fix very quickly, well done. i am still learning how to stack and purchase wine for the immediate and storing , i thought there maybe would be a view tips what to purchase , i want a fridge for years and finally purchased mine 8 months ago, sorry i didn't do it early, fridge may be full.
