I am a female who has recently cut off her curly long locks and gone for the pixie short hair. I needed something to tame my hair and try and deter my hair from wanting to curl. I was disappointed to find that this range was nowhere to be found in the usual hair styling aisle, and that I had to go to the men's section to get it. Now about the product. I have trialed the product as directed on both damp and completely dry hair. The first day was on damp hair, I felt it made my hair look quite greasy. The hold was good for most of the day and the smell was good.It washes out easily enoughOn the second day of use I tried it on dry hair expecting it might not feel and look quite so greasy. It still felt greasy and looked it too. Again hold was fine maybe a bit better and lasted most the day. Giving the product the benefit of the doubt I tried it for a further week. I still wasn't happy with the look or feel and so switched back to my preferred product. The tub size is quite good as you don't need a lot for a medium length of hair. Branding on the label is good.

I love this hair wax. It's oily consistency is different to anything I've tried before. As a 10 year hair wax fanatic I've always stayed true to V05 and I'll definitely be making the switch to this new one. I wish I'd known how big it was before I bought it though, only 75ml of product - by the same token, a little goes a long way so I can see it lasting me a few months. Doesn't leave clumps in hair like a lot of waxes do, and does what it says on the tin: "styles, holds and moulds". It loses one star simply because of the size: it's almost half the size of my regular hair waxes but I'll have to wait and see if it lasts nearly as long.

I went back to short hair and wasn't sure what to use. I've been a mouse and hairspray girl for decades but needed something more like a wax or a gel for my new short hairstyle. I tried this fresh smelling non-sticky cloudy glue wax - just a dab or 2 needed and found it perfect for my 3+ inch short hairdo, just rub it in your hands and all over your fingers and shape, direct and scrunch for a natural looking hold that will stay in place without the need to add hairspray. Washes out easily unlike a wax. You can shape it again with your hand during the day for extra body. The best invention.
Could not find 'Pomade' anywhere here, but this looked similar, and it is! My 'tache is unlike Poirot's, it's big and bushy to match the beard, but it will fluff up and droop and get in the soup at mealtimes. This fixes it! When worked in a bit, it's invisible, and does a good job of holding down the stray 'Boris' wisps that try to escape. Most important thing is that the results are pleasing to my wife! Not recommended for the hair on your head, unless in really tiny quantities. Waxed 'tache yes, waxed hair no! Bit pricey, but I don't need much of it. Recommended for the wayward mustache!
Where to start. I've never really used hair products before, but a spur of the moment drawn me to this. Before I had bought this I did my research on this product and what it offered. It met the criteria I was looking for. I was fairly impressed with this product. Good size and a good amount of styling wax within. The application of the product was simple, you really can't go wrong! It held my hair to start but unfortunately, due to the thickness of my hair, it couldn't hold it for a long period of time. Going forward I will be using this wax as an initial styler for my hair and use it along side something else. I would reccommend this to anyone looking to add some style to their hair!
Away for the weekend and forgot the usual hair product, stumbled upon this nicely packaged alternative so i thought i'd give it a try. Consistency is a fairly thick waxy like substance, fresh smelling though and easy to apply. Think i used a bit much the first time but it towelled out and was fine, so you can read into that, it will probably go a looong way for a small pot. On that note, my hair is quite fine (not going bald just yet!) so not completely convinced its a keeper, but it was great and didnt dry solid or get too sticky at all. And definitely not wet look which is the bane of previous emergency hair gel purchases! Overall, recommended.
Given that my hair is always in a bit of a state after being washed, the need to use a styling product is always there. I have used gel, putty and wax in the past. I've always preferred putty due to the ease of which it can be cleaned off your hands. But, this wax has changed my mind. The ease in which it can be applied (in very small amounts) leading to great control of a style is great. Also, this does not leave the awful sticky mess on your hands (which I have experienced when using other wax products!).
