This is the best haircolor Wella has put out. I am not a professional & my colorist is on Maternity leave but she gave me my formula. Iused this at home & it came out so perfect!! I also love how cleanly the product rinses out. Other, nonprofession haircolors I have used take forever to rinse, prior to shampoo. I applied this product heavily and it rinsed out in less than a minute. I will never use anything else!

I'm a senior with gray hair and that means it's gotten dry, wiry, frizzy, and is thinning a bit. I like to wear it longer but it's hard to keep from looking like a hag when you have long gray hair with that kind of texture. I've tried so many shampoos, conditioners, masks, hair oils, smoothing creams, etc., most of them from expensive salon brands, trying to make it look healthy and smooth. This is in regard to the new rollout of the Brilliance shampoo for coloured hair. I've bought this shampoo for years and is the only one I actually went back to the salon to find out what they had used and where I could get. Now they've repackaed the bottle and added lime caviar. I hate it. The two key reasons I loved this shampoo was because it kept my hair really healthy and smelled absoluely DIVINE!!! This new one with the lime caviar is atrocious - it actually stinks. Please bring back the long successful formula and abandon this failed trial. The store I purchased it from said everyone else who bought it has been made very unhappy about this. I loved this shampoo and have been a loyal customer. Wella has known over 100 years of success, but please realize this ... I just tried your new and improved hair color. Not good!! I left it in for 45 min and it did not color all my hair. Only parts of it!! I have very short hair so I can use a lot of color. I have used this product 2 times before this and for some reason this time it didn’t work. The color is very orange/yellow when I put it on and today it did t even turn dark. I used number 34…. Dark brown!! The box looks a bit different so the product has been changed!! Not impressed!!

I’ve been using tigi colours, but this is so much better! My hairdresser recommended it and I am super happy with it. Colour is great - I was able to get the equivalent shade I was getting in tigi so it was super easy to move over to wella. The texture and smell are lovely, and it covers grey very well. It has lasted really well so far.John was also amazing to deal with! Super helpful and communicative. Very happy customer 😃
