Wellness Core Dry Cat Food Grain Free Adult: Turkey & Duck 4.99kg

I was so excited to receive Wellness Core Grain-Free Kitten food for my 10-week old kitten named Thunder. He hasn’t been much of a fan of other brand’s dry food and wouldn’t eat much of it until I gave him the Wellness Core food. He ate it right up! I’ve noticed it keeps him fuller longer (less time meowing in the kitchen aka begging!) and super bonus: his poop doesn’t smell extremely awful like it did before. It came with a helpful feeding schedule that showed how to transition him off his previous food. Good quality food definitely makes a difference! I like that it’s made in the USA, without any byproducts, fillers or preservatives. We will be using this from now on.

Rey is a 1 year old stray I brought home in January. He enjoys rubbing his face on my toes, staring threateningly at the bird, gazing into the fish tank, forehead kisses, being held like a baby, and mealtimes. He does not like being put into cat clothes, being left home alone, and this cat food. He wouldn't eat it. After 10 months together, I've learned he likes meaty beef and chicken wet foods. He seems to prefer those over salmon and tuna blends. He also enjoys chicken or turkey dry food and treats. Which is why I'm puzzled. He wouldn't touch it. I tried putting it side by side with his regular food, he ate his regular food and ignored this. I tried mixing it and he just looked at it. I ended up giving it away. I like the brand and the idea behind their products, but my history is that my cats don't seem to be interested.

I love trying new food for my somehow still growing kitties (two 2 year olds, 20 pounds each 🙀) because they love Kitty McDonald's. Their favorite would be gas station kibble. However I was hopeful for this Core offshoot because they ate a similar style as little kittens. At first they were so excited—as noted by the bite marks through the bag! But their excitement dwindled quickly as the monsters found out it was a healthy choice. The price on this good is great so I would actually try again with the adult formula to my chubby guys' dismay.

I was so impressed with this kitten food! I started incorporating the food in with their other food to where they eventually were just eating this full time. I have 5 kitten and the momma cat and they had no stomach issues at all. I was very impressed with the ingredient list too. When I say this stuff has no fillers, I mean it really has no filler ingredients! The kibbles were small enough and shaped just right that I felt it was far easier for the kittens to eat. I would recommend this to literally anyone who has kittens or a breastfeeding momma cat. I went and purchased a new bag when this one ran out. Also, the can of kitten food I also received wasn't as big of a hit for them as the dry food...I don't think it had anything to do with the brand being unappetizing, but more that it had to do with it being a pate, which my cats aren't used to. I fed them meaty chunks or shreds, so I think this threw them off a little. But it seemed like good quality to me.

However, in the evenings our other cats get some dry food, so of course we have to give some to the kitten as well or she will try to steal the food from the other cats. So, we’ve started giving her a bit of the Wellness Core dry food in the evening. If there’s any problem with this food it is that my kitten likes it too much. She goes absolutely crazy for it and inhales it in seconds. I have to spread it out on a plate to slow her down. She still ends up eating it so quickly that our other cats are barely a third of the way through their food by the time the kitten has licked her plate clean. Absolutely LOVES Wellness Core Food! He Loves all food but he High Tailed it to this the second I opened the bag Of Wellness' Core Kitten Food! This has great ingredients and nutrition for growing Big MaineCoon Boys like Guy. A breed that stays "kitten" age for a very long time, so they need the extra nutrition in their diets. Guy says "Thank You Wellness Petfood!" Definitely buying him more when this runs out! I would honestly HIGHLY recommend this food for your Floof! Especially if theyre picky or need more protein in their diets. It's not the cheapest cat food but it's not super high end to where I wouldn't be able to purchase it without guilt for spending so much afterwards either. We all know those brands..Great product! I feel like this is the best cat food to get your cats or kittens. This dry cat food doesn't have all the junk that's in other cat foods. Our cats and kittens love it. Everyone that comes over and pets our cats always compliments how soft their fur is and how healthy and happy they are. Also it doesn't take as much of this cat food to fill them up. We can really not say enough good things about this cat food. I highly recommend it. I promise if you try it just once you will never get that other stuff that they call cat food again

My little mew loved this. And he is pretty picky on his food. He usually will only eat 1 brand, Rachel Ray, but ate this right up. I love the resealable bag the food comes in. The bag size was decent too. I like all the benefits it has. The ingredients are great with flaxseed, potatoes, Hearing, chicken fat, cranberries and so much more. It's great for their immunity too. I did receive the kitten food and my boy is almost 3, not a big deal. I would recommend this to anyone with a cat, to give it a try.

My girls went absolutely crazy for this food! I love the great ingredients and they seemed to enjoy it as well. They couldn't wait to dig in as soon as I set their bowl down! I did notice a strong fishy smell when I first opened the bag which I would assume is from some type of fish oil in it. I don't mind that because their wet food is stinky anyway and the smell from this dissipated shortly after filling their feeder. I mixed it with their normal food and it seems like they enjoy eating kibble more now than ever! I'm extremely impressed with this food and will likely continue feeding this to them even if it is pricier. Their lives and health matter to me!

Cat suddenly stopped eating it

We have been feeding this dry food to our cat for years actually. She always loved eating it and we bought a new bag and she doesn't need it anymore. Had to switch brands. I'm wondering if something changed in the formulation. Tried a different Wellness flavor wouldn't eat it either. Did the company change something with their base ingredients? She loves the wet cat food.
