Dryer was not working since day one, even with first wash. Absolutely not a good experience as the customer service is still not up to the mark with lots of followup to Good guys and Electrolux just to make them understand that I don't have enough confidence in the product as it was faulty since first wash it self. Need to have this sorted by Good Guys/Electrolux. Wsshing machine in terms if washing is good.

Westinghouse have sold a completely defective piece of crap. It automatically detects the cycle is 'dry' when it's 100% damp. The Good Guys have been terrific and we are currently waiting for Haier stock to come in. Can not wait to get rid of this mistake. Unfortunately it was such a waste of time and effort and it's such a heavy white good to have brought up a flight of stairs all for nothing.

The washing machine function on this combo machine is incredible! It washes everything sooooo clean and has heaps of great washing options. The dryer is absolutely appalling and I think it was a waste of money getting the combo. I wouldve much preferred the washed and vented dryer separate. I dry my clothes for 4 hours and they are still wet.

Washer is good but the dryer setting doesn't actually work. It doesn't dry slightly damp cloths and requires more than 1 to 2 hours to completely dry. Also once the bolts were taken out from the back it was hard to place the plastic stopper into the hole, took 3 people to try to place the stoppers in.
Great machine, lots of reviews about dryer function not working properly but I havent had any issues. Not sure if the people complaining have never owned a washer dryer combo but they dry function always seems to take a bit longer on them. Would recommend this machine
I may be using it wrong, but if I select wash and dry on a preset selection, I think it should be dry four hours later when I go to check. Towels were dripping wet so even the spin cycle didnt work properly, let alone the dry cycle. I feel this was a bad product and will look for a refund.
I bought this allegedly brand new machine, the washer worked fine for literally 3 cycles and then never worked again. The dryer is just hopeless, doesn't dry a piece of cloth and made me wear wet/damp clothes for a week. I contacted Electrolux, they declared the machine had faulty parts in its built, so they sent me another brand new. And guess what? That didn't work as well. I am currently looking for another alternative, because this piece of equipment from Westinghouse/Electrolux is absolutely waste of money and time. Please, avoid this product.
Washes great but dryer function did not work since day 1. After 3 service visits in a span of 3 months, Electrolux have decided to replace the unit. I would stay away from this brand in general. Theyre customer service is terrible. The good thing is that The goodguys acted on my behalf and straightaway suggested a refund or in-store credit.
The Westinghouse washer /dryer is perfect if you have limited space. It is quite and ideal for one or two people. You can set and forget. No more leaving that load in the machine and having to re wash when you forget to hang washing out
I’ve only had this washer/ dryer combo for less than 3 months however I am going to be returning this product. It is literally the worst dryer , does not even wash/dry function properly like the sales person told me it would. Do not trust the sales person selling you this product. Bing Lee should be ashamed of themselves for even putting this on the market. Trust the reviews. I even have video footage of a “4 hour cycle” shot in 13 minutes. My mistake of actually believing the sales person before reading reviews
