Firstly there is an error in the user instructions, so that's frustrating. By the time you figure out how to use it, it absolutely shreds your items with the dryer option - my towels now have pulled threads and my sheets actually have a few tears. Then if you don't run (at expense and water wastage) a dummy wash between each drying function and the next wash, your washed clothes come out covered in fluff, lint and the detritus from the drying. The service provided by Whirlpool is disgraceful - I was actually told that if I wanted compensation for my destroyed clothes (two tops, photos of the wreckage supplied) I needed to speak with America as "the Australian distributor doesn't care". I am really happy with my recent purchase of my washing machine which is dryer/washer combo . If we put half load for dryer it does an amazing job

We bought this unit in 2019 and have had nothing but issues and need for repairs. Again it isn’t working properly and won’t dry clothes. Not worth fixing again, so will likely buy a new machine and it definitely won’t be a whirlpool.
I thought this washer/dryer would be a great space saving appliance for a small apartment. and save the effort of having to actually hang clothes on a line to dry... but NO! The wash/dry cycle leaves the clothes quite damp and they still need to be hung out to complete drying, which is a complete hassle during a lengthy wet spell. I thought it would still be OK for a simple wash/rinse/spin cycle when we had sunny weather and hang it out to dry, but the "spin" cycle leaves the clothes still dripping wet. I've followed the instructions, load capacity etc and since it's purchase, I have not had a satisfactory result. I guess I'm stuck with it now... Very disappointment :(
Love it! you just need to follow the instructions and it works a treat. great washing machine & dryer.
This new machine showed fault codes 3 times in the first week.Only 2 cycles worked as expected.Very long (hours) dry cycle and at the end of the dry cycle the items still needed to be hung for final drying.There was no manual supplied and manual off internet was just adequate.
Have only used the 90m wash/dry cycle to date but could not be happier with the results. There are a lot of different washing / drying options, so sure to have something there for any user. For a small apartment the combo is an ideal size
This machine doesn’t wash as well as my previous machine also a front loader different brand..and is now 11 years old The settings for the drying only.. aren’t as easy as I thought they would be and I’ve rewashed clean clothes a few times due to this Generally a good product quiet
Unfortunately I'm not using I bought it for my son. So far so good Service though is great ! Thanks
