Having had 2 Whirlpool 10kg frount loader before hand I was ok to buy online as was happy with the old machines. The new 10kg IS NOT A 10kg. Its more like a 8kg. The machine washes ok, but I cannot wash the big items I had orignally purchased it for. It is totally deceptive to call this a 10kg washer. The opening is smaller and the barrel is smaller.

Pros: A few people online seemed to have commented on long cycle times when full but they seem fine to me and nowhere near the long times being quoted. Perhaps they need to read the instruction manual more carefully. Nice, relatively quiet, fast machine. Cons: Slightly noisy when packed full with towels etc but even that's quiet compared with previous dryers we've had.

Pros: It's easy, feels solid and washes large loads with ease. Just what you need in a washing machine! Cons: Can't say I've found something yet. We've only just bought it and ran about 5 full cycles so far.
Pros: Well built, smart and compact machine. Cons: It is definitely NOT a 10 kilo washing machine. There is only one program that take 10 kilos and that take 3 to 5 hours to complete. The quick 30 minute program only recommends 3 kilos and the regular, one to one and a half hour programs take 7 kilos.It is NOT a 10 kilo washing machine.
