This is a great tool. Well worth the extra cost to get a lopper where the workings aren't exosed and so don't get caught up on twigs or other branches.It's sturdily built and quite heavy. It cuts cleanly and the adjustable jaw positions make this easier.Thin branches are a doddle but thicker ones take a bit of effort however the three cutting methods work well. You need to get used to operating it though. Make sure the the thicker branches you want to cut are actually between the jaw blades as the tool can give your shoulder a nasty jolt when the blades just close on each other during operation.The extra extension means I can get most of my pruning done without a step ladder.I think Wolf tools are the best and I recommend this lopper to all but slightly ... MoreThis is a great tool. Great product. Much easier to use than standard loppers. Only criticism would be the head can rotate sometimes even when tight. But would definitely buy again.

A very impressive well engineered product. The materials used are of a high quality and the construction robust The cutting action is simple with two settings, one for thin and one for much thicker sections of wood. At full extension I was able to cut thick branches with ease. The tool is surprisingly light and the ability to adjust the cutting head makes trimming at height straightforward. Obvious care needs to be taken and some personal strength is required to ensure stability using the tool.

Light but strong construction. Great reach. Effective cutting of small/medium sized branches, say 10-20mm approx. Quality product.
