Melt in mouth delight. Australian Grown ✅My partner and myself prefer the lamb shoulder rather than the leg as it seems to have more meat on it, we cook it in an oven bag, seasoned with salt and pepper and add a tbspoon of plain flour to the bag, we cook for approximately two and a half hours on 200 fan forced and have crunchy roast vegetables with gravy, once cooked we let sit for 20 minutes and carve and it more or less just falls apart it's so tender and Juicy and just full of flavour, we love our lamb and enjoy this shoulder of lamb routinely every Sunday, was not a sample but a weekly purchase xx
