Good dependable ricotta. I had my sample in the fridge for a few weeks wondering how to use the ricotta. The ricotta is 375g and sells for $3 which is reasonable. The ricotta is made with Australian milk and comes with the 100% happy guarantee. I don’t normally use ricotta at all, so was contemplating to try something sweet or savoury. I looked online and made a lemon glaze ricotta cake. The cake rose during baking and fell a bit at the end, like a soufflé, so that’s why it looks like that. I also tasted the ricotta before using it in the cake and it was creamy and would be nice with some crackers. The ricotta added a good rich flavour to the cake. I served the cake with some vanilla ice cream. Thanks Bunch for this sample, I’d buy if I needed ricotta in a recipe.

Smooth, versatile n affordable. Ricotta is something I have never used and was pleased to find a great selection of recipes in Bunch to choose from. The tub was eye catching n easily found in the chiller cheese shelves. The entire packaging was recyclable. On opening, the content was smooth n creamy with no liquid residue. We first had it on some toast w smoked salmon n rocket leaves - superb! Slight graininess, lovely mild flavour and pulled the open face sandwich together. Next we made a sweet, n a savoury pikelet. Sweet was a ricotta n strawberry pikelet - very light n delicious. Savoury was ricotta, cheese n veg pikelet- again very light n tasty. We froze some to add to the kids school lunchboxes. Very Creamy Versatile Ricotta. This was not a sample, but a regular purchase. This versatile Smooth Ricotta is always in my fridge. It is handy for savoury and sweet dishes. I use it as a spread, in cheesecakes, baking in cakes and tarts, in creamy cheese sauces, added to beetroot hommus, added to pasta, as a substitute for cream or sour cream, added to scrambled eggs, the uses are endless. Today I used Ricotta in my pancake batter and added a dollop to my pancake with Maple Syrup and a few blueberries. It is Made in Australia from at least 99% Australian ingredients, with No Artificial Colours, Flavours or Preservatives, and has a1. 5 HSR. The plastic tub is recyclable.

Surprisingly smooth. To be honest straight up - ricotta is not one of my go to ingredients. It took me a while to find an idea of how I was going to use it. On opening the container I was surprised to find it had no liquid, I was expecting to have to drain it as recipes had suggested leaving it out to drain. It was silky smooth, so easy to scoop out. It wasn’t overly grainy and combined easily with my other ingredients while mixing. i used this product in savoury scrolls which were delicious and then had on toast with some berry jam, both very enjoyable with the addition of the ricotta. Definitely has me inspired to cook with ricotta again. Converted. I must admit hubby isn’t a fan of ricotta so I don’t buy it. I was excited to receive this bunch sample in the hopes I could make something delicious and convert him!Easy to find in the cheese section near the mozzarella, the tub stood out with the fresh packaging, white, red and green, reminiscent of the Italian flag. The result was a delicious pie with a creamy, satisfying filling. Even hubby (who calls kale a roadside weed ) enjoyed it so we were off to a good start . The pie only used half the 375 g tub and once opened the packaging states the ricotta needs to be used in 3 days. Not using ricotta often, I decided it best to stick to these guidelines so the following night I thought I would try a sweet ricotta dish. To the remaining half of the tub, I added some vanilla essence, honey, cinnamon and stirred until mixed. This filling was spread onto squares of puff pastry, topped with sliced apple and spread with apricot jam before baking and serving with icecream . The result was a delicious, quick dessert that would be perfect for unexpected guests. Extremely economical at just $3. 00, this versatile little tub of deliciousness will be added to the shopping list. Can’t wait to try some making some other dishes, like pumpkin and ricotta ravioli. Thank you Bunch for bringing ricotta into our household

Fabulous value. I regularly buy this ricotta for several dishes I make - the most recent being @jodyc 's delicious spinach and ricotta bake (thanks for sharing that gem!). The cheese is a wonderful texture with a lovely creamy taste. The tub is easy to store and I love the bright picture on the top - really mouthwatering. It's recyclable too - another tick. I also love that it's made with Australian milk. The price is super competitive, which is yet another reason why I keep returning to this great product. My only issue. . . I wish the tub was just a little bigger! So many of my recipes call for 500 gm and this only has 375 Overall - definitely give this great product a try. You won't be disappointed.

Great to cook with. I found this Ricotta easily in the chilled aisle, and straight away noticed it's size difference to other brands which were either 250g or 500g. This one is in the middle being 375g which I think is a good amount to make a meal and not have excess possibly being wasted. I used this sample to make cannelloni. Upon taking it out of the tub it was thick and smooth, no watery residue that sometimes accompanies products like this. Despite it being thick I found it easy to stir through the remaining ingredients to make a filling. The cheese cooked beautifully in the pasta, had a great strong taste and texture, and wasn't grainy. It was the highlight of this meat free dish. The price of $3 is competitive and acceptable. Delicious. This Ricotta Cheese deserves my 5 rating We loved it so much that Mr Snowy wants it to be a regular in our trolley It is so creamy and soft in texture and I find it very hard to explain the taste ...... except that it is delicious it isn't overly cheesy in taste but you can taste the cheese. My preferred ricotta. I am already a preferred buying of this when I found and used it last year. Generous 375gram for $3. 00 & is better priced than name brands. it is light & subtle in flavour & works really well in cooking. Has a decent shelf life once opened as well. 99% Australian which also makes me happy. I made 2 meals with this sample. 1st meal - bacon, ricotta & mushroom pies. NB all items are Woolworths brands Second meal, I added more potatoes to the mix (like a layered potato bake) & used the Ricotta on each layer. Used my sourdough sample as garlic bread - winner.
