Zwilling Spirit Energy + Sauce Pan, 2-qt Newer Version, Stainless Steel

Nothing wrong with have a taller saucepan around to rely on in the kitchen! I really like the pouring spouts and straining lid, especially when cooking all that pasta I like to make! The nonstick ceramic interior makes it easy for food to release so I never have to worry about clean up. It's incredibly durable and scratch-resistant and it sure to last a long time in the kitchen. The stainless steel build also makes this saucepan look professional while it expertly distributes heat throughout the cooking process.

This unique tall sided 2qt sauce pan is great for cooking pasta and steaming taller vegetables. CFX is one of the newest, longest lasting ceramic non-stick surfaces on the market today. Applied to an excellent tri-ply pan that is completely clad with an interior layer of hygienic 18/10 stainless steel, an inner core of aluminum and an exterior layer of 18/0 stainless steel for induction capability. The flanged rim keeps food from dripping onto the outside of the pan and the pour spouts with strainer lids are a nice addition for straining pasta and potatoes. The stay cool handles and ease of care make this pan a great addition to any kitchen.

Best Saucepan Ever Zwilling

This is by far the best cooking pan for stove top cooking I have ever owned! I have been cooking for 55 years. This is one place where New ways of manufacturing have made a cooks life easier. It is such a joy to use this pan and never have anything stick even when creating cheese sauces.It conducts heat perfectly and cleans up like a breeze. I will be purchasing another size for sure. I very highly recommend this Zwilling covered saucepan, or any other pan in their collection.

Even better than I expected

This pan is beautiful, functional, and it is a breeze to clean. It is very solidly built, and I love the strainer lid and pouring lips. Contents heat quickly and evenly. This pan was purchased as a replacement for one (another brand) that my dear husband scorched. I like this one so well that I may have to consider replacing my entire set of pans!

Excellent quality product

I tried zwilling for the first time and I must say the quality is amazing.If you are looking for a good quality nonstick cookware then zwilling is the place. Its easy to clean and the nonstick quality is very good. I would like to try there knifeset as well.

Great Saucepan

I love, love this saucepan. Fell in love with it the first time I saw it. Its very steady and durable. I wish the company made them in several sizes also with skillets. I will definitely be buying this brand again.

Great at first.. don’t last

When I first got these about 5 years ago they were amazing. Beautiful stainless steel and wonderful nonstick coating. I had to stop using the skillets about 2 years ago when the non stick stopped working. I always tried to take very special care of them. Hand washed and only safe silicone or plastic utensils. I think it’s just when you use them so much they get worn out. The pots are still manageable - I don’t have as many issues with them because I hardly use them. For hundreds of dollars worth of cookware they should last wayyyy longer. But I suppose if I want long lasting cookware I should just use stainless steel and spend a ridiculous amount of time scraping them when food sticks.Since the skillets on these turned to crap, I purchased OXO Good Grips Hard ... MoreWhen I first got these about 5 years ago they were amazing. I’ve only had my skillet for maybe 2 years so we’ll see how they hold up, but so far so good. I will definitely keep using those.

Great sauce pan

I love that this pan has taller sides; it makes it so much more versatile for pasta and larger vegetables.It has a three layer design with an aluminum core, one of the best heat conductors. They brown beautifully and cook even, no hot spots. The handle has a V-shaped design that helps disperse heat.It has a pouring spout and straining glass lid...ingenious! The non-stick coating is the next generation of ceramic coatings. It is the greenest, healthiest non-stick option available. This new version boasts higher heat tolerance as well as being extremely durable and metal utensil safe.

Nice taller size for a saucepan

This is a great saucepan. This saucepan has a much more durable ceramic nonstick that will last longer and is more scratch resistant. This is a great size because of the fact that it’s taller, so great for adding more liquid into the pan if making soups. I love that the lid has a strainer design to it and that the sides of the saucepan has pouring spouts. The tri-ply construction of this saucepan is really well made and has a nice weight to it. I like the functionality of the Energy Plus, it’s combining the best of both stainless and nonstick cookware: durability, heat retention, healthy cooking and easy cleaning.
