Dior Rouge Dior Forever Lipstick 630

I just tried the Rouge Dior forever lipstick, 742 forever sisterhood and here are my thoughts : COLOR: it's a very intense true red, suitable to most skin tones, I thought it was slightly darker from the photo but I like it KISS PROOF: after applying the lipstick I waited 5 minutes and it's 99% kiss proof. It doesn't leave any trace unless you truly try hard to smudge it. WEARABILITY: it's very easy to apply, even for me (I'm not super precise in the application), it leaves the lips feeling moisturised and you almost forget you gave it on. Very light and nourishing. Super comfortable to wear. This is the best feature of thus lipstick in my opinion. I give 4 stars because mine has a little defect, which is annoying and not practical. When I try to retract the lipstick inside the tube it gets stuck and I have to push it to put it back. Not nice to touch it with your fingers all the time, especially if you are outside. From a brand like Dior I would have expected a bit more care in these details. All in all I would recommend it for the wearability, hidrating texture and color.

I found this shade to really accentuate the dark features of my brows and lashes, while complimenting the pop of blue of my eyes. The color theory that occurred on my face with this lipstick was a very welcome effect, and I felt that it ultimately made my face a bit more dynamic to look at. I could imagine wearing this with my Dior bronzer, or coral-themed blush. I did prep my lips beforehand using Lip Glow in shade Beige, and I very much recommend you do the same in your Lip Glow shade of choice. I kissed my Hello Kitty compact mirror to check if this was really as transfer-proof as it is touted to be. With a light peck, there was absolutely no transfer. With a bit more pressure, I did see some of the pigment rub off - so keep that in mind. Overall I am impressed with this product. Infused with red peony extract and promising 16 hours of color, your lips are both color enhanced and hydrated - all while feeling bare and traceless. Other shades I’d love to try include the limited edition Forever Tender and Forever Grace. What is your favorite shade?

I am a huge fan of Dior, and when I got this, I was so excited to try it. It's really a nude color, which I love the most because I use it as a base. Sometimes I put the Dior lip maximizer on there to or a lipgloss with blue sparkles so really make it different. When you put it on it can feel dry but after that you don't even feel it. The best thing about is that it stays on your lips all day without putting more on. So yes 100% the reason I now wear lipstick. So I have an other obsession and that is lipstick. My house is starting to look like a cosmetic warehouse. @Influenster , some #storage would be nice. (Hint hint)

I got the shade 210 forever naturelle which is a mid to light nude. I’m actually a little bummed I didn’t keep just a couple more of these lipsticks from the range before donating them as it was a brass decision when I seen the word matte. I’m very impressed with this formulation and if I can handle it with my never ending dry lips, I’m sure if you give it a chance you would love it. I have worn it with and without a lip liner, both look great. And the component is a simple classic Dior component. The price is comparative for Dior and I’m all around impressed, the only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is just personal preference as I still would have preferred a non matte formula.

First lipstick to stay on! Awesome!

Ok so I have purchased so many lip products and have never found anything whether it’s high end or drug store. This lipstick will stay on for hours even when you are eating and drinking. I gave it 4 stars because it broke after a couple days so returning it to get a new one. Honestly I would even keep it broken and just apply with lip brush if they didn’t return it, that’s how good it is. This photo is of me sitting in the sun after lunch at a baseball game and as you can see it’s still on. Totally worth the money if you find two signatures colors and ditch all the other brands that just don’t stay on. It also feels fine I don’t feel like I’m wearing a tightening mask and the color is gorgeous

How stupid is that? Haha.The 999 color is really nice. I took a sip of water 10 minutes after I put it on and the glass stayed spotless. It did indeed stay on my lips all night on New Years eve without budging despite much drinking and eating. I like the small size because it makes it easy to get a clean line on your cupid's bow. It felt a bit dry on my lips.Other deets...it has a perfumey smell, which you may or may not like. I am super sensitive to scents and can't wear any kind of chemical perfume. creamy and long lasting.

did not expect to love this product as much as I did. It has such a creamy and satin-esq texture which make application so effortless. I wore this for an 8 hour shift where I talk allll day and it blended into a a nice tint. If you want the bright color all day, I would recommend a reapplication maybe once or twice but it is most definitely not necessary! The cover of the lipstick is magnetic so you don’t have to worry about throwing it in your bag and losing the cover!!!All in all, it is a gorgeous lipstick that fits well on brown skin without cracking or smearing. the scent is light but sweet so I would recommend!!!!

long wearing and yet non drying

I’ve used >10 times now. It takes a few iterations to get it right. No turning back to the usual lipstick. Indeed transfer proof, it lasted 8 hours today, I had drinks and meals in between. I used to have dry lips n was skeptical about this product, i thought that transfer proof lipstick will aggravate the dryness. But nope! Something about the formulation which moisturises well & yet achieving the matte consistent colour throughout the application. Do remember to follow the instructions on packaging, just twist out max 2mm of lipstick & keep it tight. It serves its purpose well if used correctly.
