After following directions to the T we were left with a speckled finish with a waxy residue that would not wipe off. Customer support was very understanding and rectified the issue - thank you Rafael!

However, as they are a pricey investment we wanted to take the time to protect the quality and purchased the dr martens ultra protector spray - do not use this! After following directions to the T we were left with a speckled finish with a waxy residue that would not wipe off. Customer support was very understanding and rectified the issue - thank you Rafael!

I ordered these boots over a month ago and still have not received them. I was notified that they were dispatched weeks ago but no sign of them. No one will reply to my emails about them either so I have no idea what’s going on. Really poor customer service! I’m really disappointed
Very cute and comfortable Dr Matin boots. I like the color it’s a dark burgundy. It’s not patent leather but slightly shiny so it looks really nice. The fit is TTS and there has been no “ breaking in period”. The quality of the boots is very good. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase.
