This is by far the simplest and best electric kettle I've used. I've become spoiled by the ability to get hassle-free hot water to a precise temperature in 2 minutes. In addition to the sleek and soothing design, some things that I like:- Centigrade scale- Super simple setting mechanism- Temperature setting persists (which means I can just hit the on button several times during the day to get me water at the tea temperature without having to make a decision)- No gurgling ā the drain holes in the lid mean I get a smooth pour with no accidental mess- Small volume and compact footprint (a boon in a tiny kitchen like mine)Build quality is great; I did have a little bit of a weird taste the first couple of times I heated water even though I followed the cleaning ...Ā MoreThis is by far the simplest and best electric kettle I've used. This electric kettle is flawless in everyway. I read tons of reviews searching for an electric hot water kettle for my daily iced tea fix. Even the top rated kettles had numerous problems and I thought my search would never end. Thankfully, while reading the review of ANOTHER brand's kettle, the writer mentioned the Fellow EKG electric kettle. I had never heard of Fellow but went to their website and was thrilled to read all the positive reviews on the EKG. I ordered it immediately and have been smitten ever since it arrived. Two full pots fill my 3/4 gallon glass pitcher in which I make my ice tea, every 3 days or so. Not only does this kettle function like a dream, it looks devine on the counter too. As a professional interior designer, aestetics do matter to me. ...Ā MoreThis electric kettle is flawless in everyway. I have only 2 suggestions: 1 - It would be grand if the cord could store within the base and not 'show' when the pot isn't in use. 2 - Make a larger pot (maybe 1.5-2x the current size) that fits on the SAME size base as the small pot. I'd buy both sizes and be forever happy. Thank you Fellow for making this (and so many other) splendid products.

I absolutely love my Corvo EKG electric kettle. The āwork of artā design is so pleasing to look at, the perfectly balanced pot and ergonomic handle make pouring even and secure and a total pleasure each and every time I use it! Temperature control knob is intuitive ā no instructions needed right out of the gate. I vacillated between purchasing the Corvo and the gooseneck for our daily Aeropress pour. Reviews I read preferred the gooseneck, finding the slow pour control preferable. I donāt love the look of the gooseneck and pouring is achingly slow when pouring directly into cups plus Iām partial to the compact shape of the Corvo as it sits on the counter. Iām so glad I followed my heart and chose the Corvo!! Aeropress pouring is ideal and adding hot water to mugs ...Ā MoreI absolutely love my Corvo EKG electric kettle. Making matcha and other teas has been just as enjoyable. Improvements? A way to magically hide the stiff cord, having two preset temperatures and a gentle beep when ready would be very convenient but otherwise I am completely satisfied and over the moon with the Corvo EKG!

I love the look of it, but it feels thin. After it reaches temperature, and you pour the water for one cup and put it back. It drops temperature by about 8° almost immediately. If you forget to shut it off and put it back on the base with no water in it it will continue for quite a long time before it realizes thereās no water and continually clicks, the clicks might be a good thing because then it will make you aware that there is no water in the pot. The lid does not stay on very tightly so when you tilt to pour water it falls out.Lastly, the automatic shut off only works at the pot is on the base. If you decide to rinse the pot and let it sit upside down on a drain board to dry and forget to shut off the base, it will stay on all day long.
A great looking kettle with a nice matte finish. It heats up the maximum water in about 3-4min. Which is not fast, but given the lower power output, understandable. The user experience is quite poor and manual. No auto switch off or indication given once boiling temperature is reached. Itās nice that it will hold temperature, however if you decant the entire contents and place the unit back down you need to turn the unit off or itāll keep trying to heat an empty kettle. I see the use in this more commercially, and serving just one person multiple times at home, but there should be an option here to switch off once heated. The lid is clumsy and holds a seal better once the water is boiled. The capacity is just enough for two large cups of coffee/tea. The kettle ...Ā MoreA great looking kettle with a nice matte finish. The lid is clumsy and holds a seal better once the water is boiled. The capacity is just enough for two large cups of coffee/tea. The kettle appears to build up limescale quickly, and needs some lemon juice every month. The good: it pours nicely, controlled and is elegant at that. The finish is easy to clean. The weight of the kettle is really good and the handle is nicely thought out. But other than that, my verdict is: itās a really expensive designer piece that is feature lacking to the point you might consider still having a workhorse larger kettle.
Fits nicely into the hand. Makes the best tea I have ever had due to the exacting temperature control. I have used another pot that had 10-degree increments for years, but now I know it wasn't exact and was off by a lot, if I had tested with a temperature probe, I would have known. Anyway, I love tea and the taste is soooo much better and smoother since using this kettle. It is nice to look at, not like a plain cooking appliance. The count up timer is useless for tea especially because I brew my tea at a different location from the kettle, would prefer to a set timer to count down and have a bell or some sound to tell the time is up. Also, the kettle should not start heating until the temperature is set, so set temp then push knob to start heating.
A little pricey but quite nice (both in aesthetics and functionality) and is working well so far.Liking the wooden handle, though I did need to tighten its screw after only a couple uses (luckily I had a 3.0 mm hex bit on hand). The temperature control is great, I especially like that it keeps the temperature for a few minutes even when the "hold temperature" feature is turned off (holding for an hour seems excessive, but a few minutes is perfect for me). Would prefer if it turned off automatically when the carafe is removed from its base -- after setting it back down, it will try to bring it to temperature again, but I often empty the pot entirely. I'll have to get used to turning it off manually as I don't want to rely on it eventually detecting that it's ...Ā MoreA little pricey but quite nice (both in aesthetics and functionality) and is working well so far.Liking the wooden handle, though I did need to tighten its screw after only a couple uses (luckily I had a 3.0 mm hex bit on hand). The temperature control is great, I especially like that it keeps the temperature for a few minutes even when the "hold temperature" feature is turned off (holding for an hour seems excessive, but a few minutes is perfect for me). I do like that it remembers the temperature setting between uses.Since it's only 1200 watts it's not the fastest kettle, but its smaller volume makes up for it. I tend to boil just over a mug's worth at a time. The interior is all high-quality stainless (except for a small silicone seal around the temperature probe), no plastic. The cover is stainless steel as well, and is fully removable instead of hinged, which is so much easier to work with.Would have appreciated a limescale filter, but I guess this will force me to descale more regularly :-)The plug is "upside-down" for me (the typical orientation of wall sockets varies regionally), which combined with the very short cord makes a very awkward loop in the air on my counter.
This is a beautifully designed piece visually as all your products are, but it doesnāt function well as a tea kettle. It feels as if your expertise is in coffee, not tea. This kettle is too small. Itās fine if you are making a single cup or two of tea. But tea lovers usually drink much more at a time. With your kettleās limited water volume, I have to actually boil two kettles of water to have enough hot water to make one pot of tea. Also it is less important to have a temperature hold function as it just assures the water evaporates quickly making even less available to use and it would be very desirable to have an automatic turnoff when the set temperature is reached for safety and efficacy. In addition this is the first electric kettle I have bought that doesnāt have a bell or chime alert you to when the desired temperature is reached. This is absolutely critical and essential. The first pot I purchased from you was literally fried when I inadvertently forgot I had it on and it just eventually kept boiling way until nothing was left and the wiring malfunctioned. These are basic fail safe functions on most if not all other electric kettles I have owned. So all in all your kettle is definitely the most beautiful on the market, but itās functionality is okay at best.
(Disclaimer: owned for about 3 months)The design of this kettle is the best I have seen - I should know, when my old hand-me-down kettle broke I searched 2 weeks for a new one. It has all of the things I wanted (temp control, sleek design, no plastic, decent price with coupons), and it seems as though this will last a long time. *knock on wood* Every kettle I've ever bought in the 40 dollar range lasts maybe a year and a half before something breaks, and I have to get a new one. That's not sustainable- for my wallet or the environment. From what I've heard about this brand, I'm hoping it will last many years. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and I have yet to find the game in the system, but I'm excited for when I do!The spout for this model is perfect for me, ...Ā More(Disclaimer: owned for about 3 months)The design of this kettle is the best I have seen - I should know, when my old hand-me-down kettle broke I searched 2 weeks for a new one. I will buy the other Fellow kettle when I become more sophisticated, but who knows when that'll be.The size of this kettle is perfect for 1-2 people, however I cannot wait for when they release a bigger version of this.I only wish that this model was offered in more colors, with maybe the ability to mix and match the colors of the kettle, the handle, and the control panel. Black is modern, but a tad boring.
Well, I applaud the attempt to keep the waterās temperature going and going, itās not without merit - but this is just not for me. It only interests me as a simple kettle that has three primary functions: to set a temperature, to heat to that temperature, and to shut off when that temperature has reached. The rest seems silly. And sometimes simplicity gives way to overcomplicated gimmicks, like the āholdā button. Then again, Iām not a āpouroverā person, nor a ātea ceremonyā type, so I was looking for something more in the touch-and-go realm. Heat, then stop. Old school stuff I guess.
