We recently replaced our 16 year old Whirlpool with this machine, and are delighted with the switch.The machine is extremely quiet, and the huge capacity has reduced the number of loads we do per week. I needed a new washing machine, so I checked out Choice's recommendation. I then also looked at reviews of the machines on Choice from consumers. I had already just bought a Fisher & Paykel dryer, so this machine matched. It is so easy to use. I find I use the 'quick' option which is 30 minutes for most things. It is very quiet. The only different thing is the alert when it finishes is very quiet, hence if one forgets about it, then the washing can sit there for a while. Very happy with AOL service who took away my old machine and set this up for me. They give excellent service compared to other stores and they were a lot cheaper than Choice indicated.

Upgraded to 8.5kg from a 7.5kg and didn't think there would be much difference but definitely notice I can fit more washing into each load, which is terrific. Very quiet machine, I barely notice it running. The loudest noise it makes is when the door locks/unlocks. Appliances Online was a bargain price, compared to several other sites I had checked. Delivery staff texted and called to confirm their delivery time - super friendly and polite. They could've installed this one and taken my old one at no extra cost, if only I had remembered to clear the laundry. Will definitely be back here again for any other appliances I need. AO takes the hassle out of the whole process. Thank you for the excellent service

Bought it 2 days ago from Harvey online.It is really loud on rinse and spin. Sound like car with flat tire on my car.The drum is always off balance from start to end.. You will find purches transaction easy and only takes few clicks after you enter credit card details but if you have issues with item you bought you'll have to find out after service yourself.The machine is simple to use which I likeKinda looks out of date.Other manufacturers coming up with anti vibration technology but fisher&paykel invented with cheap solution (rubber suction legs) to make it stop travelling..And your cat won't be sleeping on it take my word.
Our old top loader Fisher & Paykel was worked very hard by our family of five. So glad we chose to stay with Fisher & Paykel as this front loader is excellent. I especially love the super quick wash - great for those light loads that need to be done in a hurry and the add a garment feature. Clothes come out luvly and clean and the spin cycle is great, so less drying time. The end of cycle beep is a little quiet. We purchased from Appliances Online and as usual the service from was excellent. The delivery man was very polite & helpful. Will be sure to place an order again.

The different temperature settings are also very good, you can do cold wash up to 90 degrees, though the 40 and 60 degrees is best. Very good value and good build quality.Cons: It washes very well, apart from towels which seem to come out quite harsh. We're not sure why this particular item of clothing comes out harsh but we will change the settings and hopefully we can find one that washes the towels a bit better. I have bought this product 6 months ago. It washers the clothes but water doesn't drains out the water. The repairer (F&P) can only come to fix this after one and half weeks. I had to drain the water to access my clothes. I took the filter as it was giving an error to clear filter. That’s what they F&P suggested I should do. it is absolutely clean. This is a nightmare as the entire laundry was wet when draining the water from the machine. It is hard job and waste of time and I am now out of the machine for more than a week. I regrate I shouldn’t have bought (F&P) but rather bought some other brands. As washing machine is one of the essential items in our daily life F&P is not the right choice.
I am so pleased I finally made the jump from top loader to front loader, a little behind the rest of the population but better late then never!I have a neck injury so I had my concerns but they were all unwarranted. Easy to override the temperature setting to customise to your preference. Very quiet machine. I swapped from a top loader and I find the F&P washes a lot more thoroughly. It has got a sleek design and very easy controls. It is pretty quiet (not the quietest but a decent noise level) while washing. Have quite many washing programs and add wash feature is very handy, press the button, open the door, add item and press play/pause and it starts from where it stopped. Hand wash and drum clean cycles are also very useful. The only little drawback is it does not store your previous washing cycle setting and you have to choose the cycle every time you turn it on which is not a big deal.
