This Gerber multi-tool knife is about 2" long and packs a lot into a small size. There are 6 "mini tools", including a small knife, flathead screwdriver, phillips head screwdriver, file, and bottle opener. It comes with a spring-loaded integrated carabiner to attach to your bag. All the tools lock into the open position for use enabling the user to apply more pressure on the tool. Once locked, you slide the lock mechanism to close the tool. This is very easy to do. One drawback is that it is difficult to get only one tool out. I have been pulling them all (or most) out, selecting a tool, and pushing the rest back in. I view this as a minor inconvenience noting this isn't the tool to buy if you plan to take on a project, it is more for the unexpected event. I like ... The info that comes with the little tool makes repeated warnings not to use any of the tools for prying. After playing around with the tool, I can see that it would be easy to break the knife blade or bend the screwdriver tips if you use them to pry something loose. This is a cool little tool. You can hang it on your key ring or belt. It had a small flat head screwdriver and a medium flat head screwdriver on it. It also has a bottle opener and a knife. You have to push the grey button to get the different things to come out. It also has a file. It comes in handy when you’re out and about or even when you’re home and don’t want to pull out your whole tool kit. It’s blue in color and the tools lock into place when it’s closed. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it’s small but that also makes it easy to fit in your pocket but I think it makes it easy to lose too.

I attached it to my car keys and it fit perfect because of it's small size. It also has a tool for star screw driver and can opener. It is easy to open and close the tools. This little nice fits perfectly on my keychain without being too bulky or heavy. The different tools that it come with have been helpful and numerous occasions especially when camping. A lot of times in the house it’s easier to grab the screwdriver from this then to look through the toolbox. And I always seem to be a need a knife to cut something when I’m out and about. Seems to be made pretty sturdy so it should hold up and last for a while.

One can carry it on to anywhere easy and practically hidden: along with the keys, in the purse, while practicing an outdoor sport or activity, like biking (when one wants to avoid heavy weight, but a small tool is always needed), etc. Its small size is convenient to carry, but maybe not easy to handle for everyone, bigger sizes might be much easier to hold and to use.It’s not a heavy duty tool, so not high expectations should come with it, good for occasional screwdriver, bottle opener, the knife is fine to cut strings and it might work well also for several camping activities, for example.Also, I think that because of its size, It can be used as a safety personal tool as well.The lock works well.
SMALL, cute and unobtrusive. It's ok but very small. The knife blade is 1 1/4 inches. Would be ok for packing on a picnic. Has a hook for a belt loop or backpack. Could be good for a child's 1st pocket knife however the lock is difficult to operate. Has Phillips and flathead screwdriver and a tool that can be used to poke holes or clean under your fingernails. Very easy to misplace because of its size. I carry it in my purse.
This Curve Mini Multi Tool is very compact and light weight. All tools lock open. The fit and finish seems well made. Main knife blade is small, 1" long, is good for opening a letter, cutting string, etc. The small screwdriver is very precision. The large screwdriver is pretty useful. The file is not big enough or sharp enough to be useful. The notch in back of tools makes opening fairly easy using your fingernail. Tool unlocking is straight forward, works well. The back of tool is plastic with GERBER name embossed but is not structural. This tool is something you would carry in a purse. Limited lifetime warranty. Overall length is 2 1/4".

If you were to encounter a particularly hard to remove screw however I don't think this tool could produce that kind of torque.The only real flaw I found in the design is in the blade locking mechanism. It's very stiff, hard to release the blades and makes folding the blade you are using back into the handle (unlocking) somewhat difficult.To make matters just a bit worse the tool comes with absolutely no instructions on how to operate the blade release, if you've never used a similar knife ...
