This oven is absolutely amazing , easy to set up from when you open the box , It achieves a low heat if you want to cook slowly and yet delivers full punch when you crank it up. Cheese melts perfectly .Its as if it has a top element which it doesnt ,because it doesnt need it. It is light weight and still cooks great even in high wind . It uses near no LPG ,is fast to get to temp. The easy to read thermometer on top clearly shows you how hot you are at . Some people make the common mistake of drowning their pizzas in cheese , less is more .but i cant tell anyone how to make their pizza their own way . The cermamic stone gives pizza base a perfect even toast and if you find its running too hot ,simply open the door and swich it off , its super easy to relight. The cermamic stone gives pizza base a perfect even toast and if you find its running too hot ,simply open the door and swich it off , its super easy to relight. I am a qualified chef but with this pizza oven anyone can make great pizzas and really look like a pro .

The oven heats up quickly and cooks a pizza in 3 to 4 minutes with a crispy base. It has the capacity to fit 2 pizzas at the same time and is cooked evenly without having to turn the pizza around. I'm very pleased with the oven. I also bought the accessory pack with peel, cutter, and cover and am happy these as well. I have it situated under-cover under our patio awning, so a wood-fired oven would not suit because of smoke, and I enjoy the convenience of instant heat without the need to build a fire for just one or two pizzas. The only downside is that the gas hose is too short. As the oven sits on a bench against a wall, I need to sit the gas bottle on a milk crate. As the gas outlet projects from the rear RH side I needed to buy a 90-degree elbow so the hose would point downward, otherwise the oven would need to be positioned further away from the rear wall to accommodate the bend in the hose. With that said, I can recommend this oven.

Perfect for the outside on those really hot days . Bear in mind it is an air cooler not an air conditioner so it only blows out cold air depending on the temperature of the water .
